BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the communication and development associate of a nonprofit organization; we provide assistance and other types of community programs for spouses and dependent children of the Air Force airmen.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Tweet Design?

We needed help with our graphic design needs; we didn’t have the internal capacity to do so, so we needed a partner for it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tweet Design has been working with us to create graphic designs for our campaigns and special events. The delivered materials are usually logos, graphics for social media ads, and banner graphics for our different campaigns and our website home page. In addition to that, they also do timelines for us to keep everything organized.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working closely with Tracy (Owner).

How did you come to work with Tweet Design?

They were already working with our team before I took my current position.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a pleasure working with them throughout the years. They’ve been very efficient and effective in getting our graphics done and giving us detailed numbers on our programs, so they know our organization, enabling them to deliver quality work.

How did Tweet Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been able to communicate well with us and get things done on time. In terms of tools, we only use email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like how they’re self-sufficient in getting things done; they know what we like and want, making the process very easy for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’ve been doing an outstanding job, and we look forward to working with them as long as possible.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Send them your brand guidelines and develop a plan with them so they can understand your company and develop the correct tools and materials that can make your partnership successful.
