TUYA Digital team have designed our e-commerce platform, providing us a way to sell our healthcare products online. Afterwards, they have managed the ongoing SEO campaign, but also developed the digital marketing strategy.

We hired TUYA Digital to design the e-commerce platform based on keyword research and to SEO optimize it before rolling out the digital marketing campaign.

Our goals were to have an online presence in Romania, by having the e-commerce platform designed, and to get as many leads as possible from SEO and digital marketing.

Our e-commerce platform appears on Google first page for the keywords related to our industry. Also, 90% of our traffic is purely organic.

I would give them an A+. Their efficiency and their professionalism are outstanding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their client management. They are always available and even have a dedicated team for unreasonable hours, including the weekends.

I later learnt they have this system because they work for different time zones, and they have to be ready whenever their clients want their help.

Not really, I am satisfied with their work with us.

Valahia.news is a news portal that offers fresh and objective news, both in English and in Romanian. Our project needed an adequate platform and that is the reason why we chose Tuya Digital. We also needed digital services from them like content writing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and SMM.

Our goal was to reach the highest levels of visibility on all search engines.

Our search for the right company was long and extensive. We knew we needed a firm to handle our growth goals and had the people and experience to scale. We invited a large group of agencies to start and then narrowed them down to our top 10.

Then the top three were selected for a presentation to a larger group internally. Everyone in our process was scored on a point basis. We hired Tuya Digital and we are very glad we did!

After we discussed every single aspect of the project, we decided that our website needed an attractive web design for a news platform, useful, high quality and relevant content, rendering and mobile optimization.

he first step was web design, taking into account the semantic core and the analysis of competitors’ sites. The next steps were content writing, SEO optimizing and also link building.

We have communicated closely with their digital strategist. He is very friendly and always goes into detail in his report during our monthly meetings. I am never afraid to ask questions. She is very clear about what he needs from us each month.

TUYA Digital began with a digital strategy. Then they built my website from scratch, designed a responsive website and created a comprehensive content. So the first step was the web design, then SEM and SMM. The team has conducted the online campaign for my elections, including creating compelling ads and videos in order for me to gather notoriety, vote intentions and votes.

Since working with TUYA Digital, we have won several awards from travel industry competitions, specifically at the E-Travel Conference, the consummate travel conference and competition here in Romania. There, we earned second prize for Web Design, Corporate Blog Content, and Best Travel Campaign in both 2016 and 2017. Meanwhile, optimized for more than 5,000 keywords and expressions on the first page of Google, the content they created has increased our monthly organic traffic to more than 30,000 visits and generated over 1,000 monthly conversations. This is reflected in our income.

Although we occasionally disagreed on some aspects, the project ran smoothly. Looking back, we can confidently say that both of our teams developed a synergy that produced good results.
