Project Scope - Facilitating a Mission, Vision & Values (MVV) workshop to establish a shared understanding of Skycastle’s purpose, long-term vision, and core values. - Helping the team define expectations around craftsmanship, quality, accountability, ownership, integrity, respect, and collaboration. - Supporting the development and standardization of employee onboarding processes, particularly for the Site Supervisor position. - Working with the team to translate company values and operational expectations into practical procedures and repeatable processes. Onboarding Framework: A draft Site Supervisor onboarding schedule with defined training activities and responsibilities. 4. Training Resources: Links to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support trainers and new employees throughout onboarding. 5. Implementation Support: Guidance on assigning responsibilities, finalizing the onboarding schedule, sharing it with the incoming employee, and testing the process.
