Our company Centum Learning provides services and advisory in the field of Corporate Training Solutions, Digital Learning Solutions, CSR Advisory, Skill Development Solutions, Employability Solutions. I am working as IT Manager with Centum Learning.

We hired Tsaaro Solutions for a number of services. Tsaaro provided us ISO 27001 Evidence collation and certification support. They provided Information Security Training to our employees.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor when we got a referral from one of our own clients. We did a thorough research about Tsaaro’s background and found that the company has generated a brand name for itself in a very short period of time. Interview and the cost of services was the final deciding factor.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Tsaaro helped us in understanding about the minutest detail of ISO 27001 standard and helped us in adopting the best practices so as to enable us in getting the ISO 27001 certification. The first step in this regard was analysis of our then ISMS policy, reviewing the same and preparing a compliance report and helped us in implementation of requirements under ISO 27001. Tsaaro also organised a training for the employees of our company and acquainted them with data protection norms and best practices in this regard to achieve better cybersecurity and data security.

There were 3 people in the team. One Team Leader/Manager, one Senior Data Protection Consultant and one Data Protection Consultant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tsaaro pointed toward some of the practices in our organization that could have potentially led to a cybersecurity breach. With the help of Tsaaro, we were able to get ISO 27001: 2013 Certified successfully.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Tsaaro’s adherence to deadline was phenomenal. Along with this, Tsaaro’s team was quite flexible to work with. They kept us updated with every short detail and any step taken by them. Along with this, weekly calls were held to provide a week’s overview.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tsaaro’s success and growth story are one of a kind. The company less than a year’s time, it is an emerging player in the Indian data privacy and cybersecurity market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

On some occasions, we found the reports of the company a bit complex because of the use of technical language. Probably, they can customise their reports in a manner so that it would be easy for a layman to go through them.
