I was working on a startup concept and decided to hire an agency to help me test the concept.

What challenge were you trying to address with Triniter BPO?

We were designed to provide marketing services to US-based landscaping companies, and I wanted to render images of people’s homes with updated landscaping using Photoshop and other imaging software.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I worked with them for one month and spent many hours on Zoom calls with them but nothing got done. I didn’t receive anything for my money, other than maybe five rows filled out on a Google sheet that we’d designed together. I demonstrated the process I wanted them to follow and that was it. They also went through maybe 3–4 iterations of designing one house.

How did you come to work with Trinter BPO?

I spoke to one of their sales representatives, and they walked me through their different services, from general virtual assistants to design teams and programming. They seemed like a one-stop-shop where I could find people to handle the organization of images I was putting into the system and other people to design the solution.

I found them on Google while looking specifically for virtual assistant and design firms. They seemed like a good fit based on their website, but they had bad execution.

How much have you invested with them?

I paid around $1,2000 dollars upfront — using a credit card, luckily.

What is the status of this engagement?

My initial sales call was in March 2021 to discuss general virtual assistant services, and then we began the engagement truly in August 2021. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but overpromising and massive underdelivering since then. We only worked together for one month.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

I was patient in the beginning, as I realized I was asking for something unique, and there was a cultural divide between us, but it became clear that they were simply sintering me along and pretending like they were going to shape up. They had no intention of getting the work done.

Eventually, I terminated the relationship and canceled the payment on my credit card. When Trinter saw the payment was canceled, they promised they would finish the work, but I’d already given them 5–6 chances.

How did Trinter BPO address the challenges that arose?

I ended up on Zoom meetings with their CEO many times and he would make a big show of figuring out what needed to be done and demonstrating that he would get involved. When the situation didn’t improve, we would have another call, but it was all arranged to buy them more time.

In what specific areas can they improve?

They should stop trying to take people’s money. Stay as far away from their company as you can. There are great agencies out there, but there are also scam artists, so you have to rely on reviews to find the right agency.

The quality of their service is excellent. We haven’t had any negative comments from our clients. We’re very happy with how Triniter BPO handles our customers.

How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

I don't usually communicate with them directly. I instruct my assistant, and they coordinate with the customer support person. Nonetheless, we monitor the project daily. We don't track time because it's a full-day shift. We went for a full-time plan, so don’t take any breaks.

We mainly communicate via emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have the best deal at this price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any complaints about their services.

I will gladly refer Triniter BPO to my friends who need customer support services because they’re killing it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We had ups and downs during the first two months. However, when we addressed the issues and reiterated our expectations on KPIs and metrics, I saw a change in their performance. I’m impressed with their improvements, and right now, I’m pretty happy with Triniter’s services.

We expect them to have at least one good appointment daily, but they deliver two most of the time. That’s good because it’s difficult to get a person to stay on the phone and get an appointment with our real estate agent for a presentation. The amount fluctuates, but they maintain at least 1–2 leads daily — that’s exactly what we’re looking for. 

How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Espresso Agent to collaborate, and it has all our leads and database in it. Meanwhile, we communicate through TextNow. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are honest. I tried other vendors in the past, and they leaked our leads and robbed our data. Triniter is not like that — they’re transparent and credible throughout the process. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can increase the appointments they deliver to us by around 3–4 per day. They can add experienced real estate appointment setters on their team; we don’t mind adding more seats, as long as they can increase their overall output. That said, they’re doing a good job. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You can give your complete trust to Triniter. Give them a try, and you will not be disappointed. If anyone is looking for someone to deliver real estate appointments, Triniter is the agency to try.

I picked this firm because of their breadth of stated services and price point

I was matched after a very stressful, excuse-filled onboarding with Gillian Bracken. She was provided a video-recorded onboarding to a simple script. She ended up not actioning the script on time and after a chase gave more excuses why it wasn't done and then claimed it was complex and couldn't complete it. They guarantee 100% money back so I said it wasn't going to work. It took weeks and they accomplished nothing but when I asked for my money back they provided more excuses and now since asking for the money back in April - for a full quarter of work! They still have yet to pay it.

They have acknowledged the refund is due and claim not be avoiding payment but it is now June 28th and still no refund. They don't answer their phones. It is an unethical set of managers that provide little help or service and based on my experience, I don't think you should believe that the 5 star reviews are real.

After reading numerous positive online reviews about their company, I contacted WoodBows to enquire about their virtual assistant services.  Their website looks legitimate and promises that a VA will be in touch within 24 hours to begin working with you, once you have paid.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Once I'd decided to move forward with WoodBows, I transferred them $699 for a virtual assistant to start working immediately for my business. Once I'd paid them, they promised a call with my 'account manager' for a particular day, but they didn't call.

They then said it would happen the following day, but it failed to happen again. That's when I grew suspicious and requested a full refund, which they eventually agreed to pay. This happened at the end of March 2021, and I'm doing all I can to retrieve the money. Unfortunately, they haven't responded to me since early April 2021, despite numerous follow-ups to ask for an update. It looks like I've been scammed.

After three months, they finished the first phase using which we were able to perform email campaigns. After a month, they also finished the second phase. It was of a huge help for us to filter the social media profiles to do our outreach campaign. Within a month after that, they handed over the entire app.

The team lead was a dedicated person. He kept a close eye on the development of the project and made sure it was delivered on time.

Though they were affordable, their engineers had a very good knowledge of app development. They explained patiently all my silly questions during the process too.

First discovery call should be scheduled within a day. For us, it was scheduled after 2 days.

We selected Triniter BPO through internal reference. We also looked at a couple of more companies. However, Triniter BPO’s cost was the most reasonable among others.

Our need was quite simple. We wanted to develop a ticket system software and app similar to what we use currently. Since we were paying hefty amount of money for our software, we wanted to develop it so we can save those cost.

We gave them our requirement. They gave us a demo software which is a simplified version of what we needed. Then we had a detailed discovery call and planned the time line and milestones.

After getting input from our operations team, we finalized the number of features we wanted and gave Triniter BPO the full control.

4 back end engineers and 2 front end engineers, and one project manager.

They developed the app exactly how we wanted. We did go back and forth a couple of times for revisions. However, Triniter BPO guys were so accommodative and did all the revisions we requested for.

The project manager Mr. Mario called us every morning and updated us about the status of our project. He did it until we get the project on our hands.

We selected this vendor upon receiving a recommendation from our customer support vendor. Initially, they developed a simplified version version of the app in just a week. We went through the details and requested a few changes to be made.

For design part, they gave us a demo which designed in Photoshop. Once we said ok, they proceeded and delivered the app in 10 weeks as they initially promised.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initially, our intention was to just to use it internally for our senior citizens. However, after we developed the app, other senior citizen centers in our group requested for the app too. So, we let them use it.

Later we also uploaded them on App Store, I think it has more than 2000 downloads so far which we didn't even expect. Good work on their part.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We didn't have any technical background on the app development side. So, we went the developers recommendation on the majority of the part. They were honest enough to save us even a couple of thousand dollars and returned it to us.

Workflow was smooth as we had a pretty good amount of overlap between our time zones.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our project manager Mr. Roshan was extremely knowledgeable on the app development part. He continuously called us and suggested us ways to save money along the way which resulted in $2000 savings on our part. I have never seen any company does that. Good people overall.

The person name is Moses. He is polite and accommodating. I only worked with him once, still I can see the work flow was wonderful. We didn't have any issues. Moses already had 10+ years of experience which made the job a lot easier.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

From day one, he took charge of our customer support team. He updated the status of the workflow every day in the morning. Since they are already having experience and training on this field, we didn't face any issues at all.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their honesty. By mistake, we paid them two months payment instead of one month. They called us and let us know the mistake. They also refunded the money promptly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If they could reduce the on boarding time from 24 hours to 12 hours, it will be a bit easier. But, I understand, they may have to free up the right resource, so they may need one day for that.

They said the app will take 8 weeks of development time. However, they finished it in just 7 weeks which was extremely helpful for us to start the promotion.

The app was seamless when it comes to book purchasing and reading. We wanted to develop similar to Amazon kindle app, which they did.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project took care of everything for us. Since we had a small team, we were not able to monitor much. However, our assigned project manager was monitoring the progress on behalf of us and updated on Clickup appropriately.

So, it was quite easy for me to manage. We didn't have any issues with the communication part.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I didn't realize even the project manager will have such knowledge in the development part. He was able to answer almost all of our technical questions himself.

I first thought he was a developer. The quality of the app was mind blowing and it is already downloaded more than 20000 times on App Store.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Our project manager didn't have a Slack account which was a little hurdle for us at the beginning. However, he gave his whatsapp number which resolved that.

We searched Google. There are four companies that seemed promising. However, in the trial run, Triniter topped the conversion rate. So, we went with them

We gave a trial run with 150 prospects. Triniter converted 23 of them which we didn't even expect. After finalizing Triniter, we hired a team of 4 telemarketers + 1 team lead. They also assigned us a client success manager who will manage the entire team on our behalf. So, we only had one meeting every week just for status update.

We had 4 telemarketers + 1 team lead + 1 client success manager. The size stays the same due to our budget constraints

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was outstanding. They converted more than 3000 prospects into clients in a span of six months which we didn't expect. So, we ended up expanding our entertainment team to cater to the needs. We now have bookings for the next two years already thanks to Triniter. So, we temporarily had to stop their service for two years. We will definitely hire them again after two years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The client success manager Mr. Mario was excellent. He was quick to respond. I pretty much didn't have to call them at all. They call me every day in the morning and let me know yesterday's conversion which was extremely helpful for me to tweak our plan accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed by their dedication. They didn't even have convert clients more than 1%. However, they converted 23% of the prospects we sent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

When we gave a tight deadline, they started working on Saturdays too. They might want to avoid that.
