Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Tricubiq Solutions designed, developed and implemented Energetica, a custom ERP/CRM platform for our electricity supply business, serving industrial, institutional and residential customers. The project covered the full customer lifecycle, from contracting to invoicing and collection, and replaced a fragmented setup of spreadsheets and manual processes. Key deliverables: Customer and contract management (CRM): a central database of customers, consumption points, contracts and price offers, with full history and document management. Automated billing engine: monthly invoice generation based on metering data, contract prices, regulated tariffs and taxes, including corrections, regularizations and credit notes. Regulatory compliance modules: implementation of government price-cap and compensation schemes, with the calculations and reports needed for reimbursement claims, plus fast configuration of new rules as legislation changes. Prosumer module: management of prosumer customers, injected energy, buyback settlements and compensation between produced and consumed energy. Customer portal: online access for customers and partners to contracts, invoices, payments and consumption history. Integrations: import of metering data from grid operators and export to accounting and e-Factura systems. Reporting and dashboards: operational and management reports on billing, collections, consumption and portfolio performance. Implementation and support: data migration from legacy systems, user training, documentation and ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since implementing Energetica, we have seen clear improvements across our billing and customer operations: Faster billing cycle: monthly invoicing is now generated automatically for the entire portfolio, significantly shortening the time needed to close each billing period. Fewer errors: automated calculations have greatly reduced billing errors and manual corrections, leading to fewer customer complaints and credit notes. Regulatory agility: new legislative requirements, such as price-cap and compensation schemes, were implemented quickly, and the reports needed for reimbursement are generated directly from the system. Lower back-office workload: much of the repetitive manual work was eliminated, allowing the team to support portfolio growth without adding staff. Customer self-service: customers and partners now access their invoices, contracts and consumption data online, which has noticeably reduced routine inquiries to our team. Better management visibility: real-time reports and dashboards give management a clear view of billing, collections and portfolio performance, supporting faster and better-informed decisions.

Meter readings, consumption forecasts and imbalances are validated automatically for index continuity and consumption patterns before billing, reducing manual corrections.

Management tracks cash flow in real time and has a clear reporting view for decisions and compliance. AI-based automation now also handles regulated business processes.

Tricubiq Solutions' project management was excellent from start to finish. They worked in clear, well-planned stages, with defined priorities and regular progress updates, so we always knew where the project stood and what came next. Deliverables were consistently on time, including in situations with very tight deadlines, such as implementing new legislative requirements that had to be in production before the next billing cycle. When regulations changed unexpectedly, they adapted the plan quickly without affecting the rest of the work. What impressed us most was their responsiveness. They took the time to understand the specifics of the energy supply business and our internal processes, listened carefully to our feedback and turned requests into practical solutions fast. Are there any areas for improvement or something Tricubiq Solutions could have done differently?

Honestly, there is very little we would change. If anything, as the platform kept growing with new modules and features, more detailed user documentation would have made onboarding new team members even easier. That said, the Tricubiq team was always available to answer questions and provide training whenever needed, so this never became a real issue. Overall, we are fully satisfied with the collaboration.
