BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of MedicoCX and we are a group of independent specialists, primarily allergists, dedicated to providing evidence-based, standardized care while also capitalizing on cumulative buying power in an effort to decrease the cost of medical supplies and medications, including biologics.

We hired Triaxiom for a Risk Assessment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Personal references from others (colleagues) who had used them previously.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Triaxiom assessed our network and policies for compliance purposes. We engaged them for a discovery, planned the scope of work, and then after completion of their assessment had an in depth review of their findings.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with two individuals, Kyle (account manager) and JR (lead engineer).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Triaxiom thoroughly reviewed everything defined in the scope of work and provided a detailed report we could provide to customers and vendors (if required).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their excellent communication. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the concepts that I did not understand in a simple manner. They were thorough and did a fantastic job.
