• We asked AdParlor to help us successfully run our national brand fund paid media campaigns in 2022 to receive a positive ROAS
• We asked AdParlor to provide consultation on all of our paid media spend and where to optimize accordingly
• We asked AdParlor to provide consultation and plan out our skin health campaign in 2023 and provide us with a presentation to present to franchise owners so our internal team could execute

Strategize, build, and execute national brand fund for holiday promotions

• Built multiple presentations on creative planning, campaign build structure, and optimization planning 
• Built campaigns directly from Meta ads and Google ads 
• Added creative insights and built multiple creative assets for testing 
• Created a reporting dashboard for our internal team to present to stakeholders 
• Optimized campaigns weekly based on recommendations during weekly meetings 
• Provided on-call support when campaigns needed to be addressed 

Strategize and build presentation for Skin Health Campaign 

• Built overall campaign strategy and presentation to share with studio owners of Skin Health Pilot
• Provided weekly consultation and recommendations for further ad optimization

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Full execution of presentations in a timely manner. AdParlor successfully gave us presentations when needed and made edits in a very quick turnaround time. 

Campaign metrics: 

• Cost per gift card purchase (schedule event) 
  • Goal: Under $21 cost per schedule 
  • Actual: AdParlor yielded a $19.95 cost per schedule 
• Cost per website contact for membership campaigns 
  • Goal: Under $100 per contact (a successful signed membership equates to around $300 in FTV revenue) 
  • Actual: AdParlor yielded a $81.95 cost per contact 
• Cost per website purchase for Cyber Week promotions 
  • Goal: Under $300 cost per purchase (Cyber Week promotions varied from $100-$5000 in revenue) 
  • Actual: AdParlor yielded a $260.31 cost per website purchase which gave us a positive ROAS at the end of the Cyber Week campaign

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

AdParlor delivered projects on time and had a very high quality of work. All of their presentations were very detailed and were very client focused. We had weekly meetings to discuss progress and consulted on different ways to achieve our goals. When campaigns needed to be optimized or fixed, they would answer calls on and off of work hours to make sure everything was fixed to the best of their ability. 

Their communication via email was also very responsive and quick. This agency has been one of the best we have ever worked with in terms of project management and communication and we would hire them again if we could.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing I noticed was that all of their presentations were detailed, their planning and execution took all factors into consideration, and timelines were always met with the small team they worked with. With only a strong team of 5 people for our ad accounts, they really impressed us on how organized and thoughtful they were with our digital ad campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AdParlor could have done differently?

I think the only thing I could really think of was that their internal reporting platform had some bugs and issues that did not work our for our internal team however their reporting through the ad platforms themselves was very precise and thoughtful on how to optimize next so we could continue to see improvements.
