Heather has worked with us on a number of projects, in which she has gained expert level knowledge of our custom training programs on PowerSkills (Trust, Feedback, Powerful Conversations and Emotional Intelligence) and delivered in-person and virtual interactive training sessions for professional audiences in the BioTech industry.

Training de Jour and Summer Speaks have had the opportunity to work together for multiple engagements.  The deliverables changed depending on the client's needs.  What didn't change was that the training and/or facilitation was delivered in a timely and engaging manner.  All of the onsite details were handled without the client being involved.  Training de Jour was a fantastic partner not only for the training but also for the pre and post-engagement process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The workshops we present are evaluated based on the client interaction with each company as well as the participant evaluation form scores.

The project management was seamless.  Training de Jour was able to deliver items in a timely manner.  We never had to chase them down for meetings, touch bases or deliverables.  Communication was always timely and the response was less than 24 hours, normally within an hour or two.

I have worked with Heather on several different client teams. I have always found her to be professional and supportive. Whenever I have the opportunity, I work to make sure that she is on whatever facilitation project team I lead.

Her flexibility and supportive nature makes her a wonderful co-facilitator and team member.  Her depth of training knowledge and experience provides me opportunities to learn from her and grow as a facilitator whenever we work together.

We have a catalogue of worskhops focused on three pillars of communication, Story, Visuals, and Delivery. Training de Jour has facilitated over 200 of our workshops for individuals and brands across the world, both virtually and in-person. There are four main deliverables for our facilitators:

• Pre-workshop call with the client to learn specific needs of the audience as well as coordinate logistics.
• Deliverying the training - Typically a full-day or two half-days
• Reach out to the attendees with follow-up resources and support after the training
• Provide an internal debrief of the experience for our team

In addition to achieving the learning objectives for each workshop, we also require a high average (over 9 on a scale of 1-10) for both workshop and facilitator satisfaction from our attendees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A key metric is my ability to schedule and hold a pre-event meeting with the client as well as provide a workshop debrief after each workshop.

Post workshop surveys from attendee rate this facilitator very high, averaging 9+ on a scale of 1-10.

Written feedback from attendees and clients is always favorable.

Incredibly proficient. They always communicate in a timely manner within our strucutre and expectations. They always show up and deliver as expected. There is almost no energy needed for management or hand-holding. They are always eager to accommodate our or our client requests and demonstrate the ability to solve problems in alignment with our brand values. We have very high trust and confidence in Training de Jour.

The purpose of this project it to build the capacity of individual contributors and Level 1 Managers in professional development themes such as communication, motivating others, team development, Lecioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and coaching. This project is executed by way of half-day, in-person, instructor-led courses which include PowerPoint presentations, participant handbooks, and additional materials.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The workshops are evaluated by the participants after each session. Each session ends with an Action Plan to facilitate participant process and application of concepts to role and responsibilities.

Heather always delivers items on time or ahead of schedule and consistently took initiative to reach out to us for materials ahead of schedule. She is extremely responsive to email and phone correspondence and never lets anything fall through the cracks.
