Michael and the team helped me characterize the essence of the business and its main needs from the first stage to my big dreams. I wanted to build a website, but they actually recommended a cheaper landing page as a strategic understanding of the business and not just taking money for no purpose. They were always available for any of my craziness and questions and helped me orient myself even in the madness of starting a business and running away to fill directions.

The process started with a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) report, where the Toyber team analyzed our current website and provided recommendations to improve the user experience and boost sales.

Next, they worked on defining our ideal customers and mapping out their buying journey, which helped shape the new website design and user experience to make browsing and purchasing as smooth as possible.

This was followed by a brand refresh, ensuring everything—from the visuals to the messaging—feels modern and aligned with our goals.

On the technical side, Toyber developed the new website from scratch, integrating a new e-commerce platform and an updated billing system to make transactions faster, more secure, and easier to manage.

The result will be a sleek, high-performing online store that looks great, drives more sales, and is easy to maintain long-term.

Main work handled by Toybear was running the campaign and delivering the results for the goals.
