The loyalty of patients has significantly increased, who note a more convenient format for communicating with the clinic. We also noticed a reduction in the workload on staff and, accordingly, the number of errors made due to the human factor. The percentage of complaints about errors has decreased.

TopDevs Inc. understood the project development roadmap from the start. The app is working well. There were bugs before release but we delivered it to the customer without any bugs or crashes.

Our customer likes the product, and they’re already using it in their business. It’s allowed them to change the business processes for their community and marketing to grow their customer expectations from their company.

They work in a scrum methodology. They have a project manager and we have our own project manager as well to communicate daily within the sprints. We use Slack, phone calls, and Zoom. We also have a retrospective weekly to understand what our development priorities are.

They have experienced developers, and they meet deadlines.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Understand what you want to develop. If you don’t have any requirements, you need to talk with the delivery manager or business analysts. If you have these resources, please use them. Prepare the necessary documentation so TopDevs Inc. can understand your requirements. Then, you can move forward with development.

Dating application that allows to screen the potential acquaintances for the career path and connect with people of similar interests. It works like a usual dating app where people get the ability to message each other after they prove to have mutual sympathy.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to design a great looking app that will give familiar experience with advanced features for more efficient connections. We had an older version of a mobile app that our partners use and we wanted to upgrade it but decided that would take too much work, so we had it redone completely by TopDevs instead.

In my search, I reached out to about one dozen different agencies from across Europe. After examining all the quotes and taking initial calls, we decided to move with TopDevs based on their thorough proposal. In the early stages, before we hired them, they came to our office to meet in person. No one else did that, so it stood out to us.

Our vision was to present an app that will be understandable for match seekers and at the same time provide additional value for a specific group of people. So we've created a pleasant design and ensured all interactions within the app are fast and easy-to-use.

We had the main point of contact and the project lead, who is an absolute pleasure to work with. As for the IT/technical side, we communicated mostly with him. The team consisted of 5 people. That includes a project manager, an architect, a backend developer, designer, and QA tester. All three people were extremely communicative and accommodating, and kept in touch with us through Slack and weekly calls.

They are designing and developing both an iOS and Android app that includes all of the backend architecture and frontend UI/UX design as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everyone was exceptionally easy to work with. They were patient in explaining not only the process and the workflow, but also any and all errors that came up as well. As this was our very first mobile app, no one on our team had any experience for how to make things work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by how quickly they were able to come up to speed in understanding our business. That combined with their technical skill and creative problem solving has made the project incredibly successful.

No, we’ve been very satisfied with all of the work they’ve done, as well as their overall approach to accomplish them.  Take full advantage of the experience they have, and feel comfortable and confident in the solutions they recommend.
