When we onboarded them, we spent two weeks training them on what we needed them to do. They now manage the listings on the portal, speak with the clients, get their requirements, and help them integrate with their website.
Our goal has been to have a safe time and manage the clients properly. Previously, we were not doing this ourselves, and we were losing customers because nobody had time to do the listing, so we got that process on our end and are doing it for them now.
