We asked Toast to resdesign our website, moving from an outdated CMS to WordPress.

We then asked Toast to host our website using their servers and to provide ongoing maintainence and support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were very pleased with the look and feel of the website, and the Toast team were extremely helpful in training us and talking us through how the WordPress CMS worked.

They were vert good value and provided us with a website that lasted us for a decade.

Their ongoing support was excellent. We always found them very responsive, helpful, and personable. Support tickets would seldom be waiting over a number of days to be resolved and many were resolved on the day. At forty free minutes of site support a month, we found that good value for money.

Their project management was excellent - the website was delivered on time and all questions were answered clearly and promptly.

They've been very good in terms of server and storage updates, but more regular check-ins as to what the latest capabilities with WordPress and other CMS functions may have been useful.
