    Every project starts with a discovery phase where we work closely with you to understand not just the technical requirements, but how the end product will actually be used by your team. From there, Jack personally defines the architecture and project plan, and we move into iterative development with weekly video-call check-ins and regular communication via slack. Most projects run 2-4 months from kickoff to delivery, though scope varies widely depending on complexity.

    Clear, consistent communication and documentation is core to how we work. Every engagement starts with a detailed scope document that outlines the full project plan end-to-end before any work begins. During the project, we hold weekly video syncs to review completed work, align on immediate next steps, and revisit long-term requirements as things evolve. Every call is recorded and paired with a full transcript, summary, and an interactive chatbot so you can easily search and reference anything we've discussed (all fully HIPPA/GDPR/SOC2 compliant). Between syncs, we stay in close contact via Slack for day-to-day communication. We also maintain a formal work log updated weekly so you always have a clear record of progress. At project completion, we deliver a full formal project document covering everything that was built and how it works, in addition to the code and all the documentation listed previously.

    We work best with companies that have identified an AI opportunity but can't find an off-the-shelf solution. That could be anything from a computer vision system to an LLM-powered agent to a custom data platform. If you're not sure whether your idea is feasible or where to start, we're happy to have that conversation too, some of our best projects started as a rough idea on a first call.

    We have frequently worked on projects in healthcare and law where data compliance is paramount. We are very comfortable setting up AI systems in completely secure environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS Bedrock.
