BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Founder of a men's personal development coaching business, with an arm in media production. For the media production arm, I'm the Host of a weekly podcast, and the Producer and Director of a feature documentary.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Tigrett Agency?

I hired Tigrett Agency for web strategy, design, and implementation; professional photography; video production and editing; and graphic design for web and print (I may also be missing some things)

What were your goals for this project?

I need a web presence that established my brand as a leader in the space, and established me as a credible, thoughtful, and experienced man in the industry, via photography and design.

SOLUTION

How did you select The Tigrett Agency?

I originally enlisted Brandon for his photography, because he's a skilled, professional, and (most importantly) stylish photographer. But as I explored the portfolio of services available at Tigrett, the project expanded as my needs expanded.

Describe the project in detail.

The project began with an outdoors photo shoot, that Brandon planned, coordinated, and shot. We also enlisted a video crew. That project then fed into the creation of a website, which Brandon designed and his web designer implemented in WordPress.

He also took in the video footage and compiled an incredible 30-second intro video for my website, and a 2-minute video with sound (I recorded the sound). Finally, as my documentary project has advanced, Brandon has provided graphic design services for web and print, leveraged off my website design.

What was the team composition?

I've worked with two people at Tigrett: Brandon himself, and the web designer Jason. They also hired a third party to shoot video footage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything Brandon has created has received universally positive feedback, with many people in my industry being impressed and saying that they need to up their game.

Traffic to the website has been strong and growing. The site is media-heavy and loads blazingly fast. My expectations for the website and photography were blown out of the water. They're stunning.

For the documentary project, I've been confident reaching out to every subject. Brandon's work demonstrates to my subjects that I'm serious about this project (which I am) and leads to very positive contributions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow is seamless. Brandon is always available via text and email, and is easy to communicate with. He and his team are excellent at managing expectations, then exceeding them. I'd trust Brandon with anything mission-critical, on-deadline, and short-notice. Every time he crushes it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Brandon is a threat in multiple dimensions: photography, design, concept, layout, strategy. He's a powerhouse. And he's an excellent human as well. Effortless and fun to work with. I couldn't do what I do without him.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. Honestly. This has been a legendary experience, especially as far as marketing, design, and branding agencies go. A+ with extra credit.
