I’m the founder of Anantha Naturals, an organic farming marketing platform that supports organic farmers to practice their farming skills. We work with the farmers in a collective way.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiepograph?

We wanted to build a retail marketing platform that would support the farmers. As a result, we hired Tiepograph to create a recognizable brand name and logo.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us create a brand name, and they developed our logo design. We gave them an idea of what we wanted, and they came up with choices for both the logo and brand name.  We would be using the brand name and logo they created for our retail shop. In the future, we would also hire them for their marketing and branding services. In the meantime, we would handle it ourselves.

What is the team composition?

We communicated with one person during the partnership, but I didn’t know if there were other people working in the background.

I found them when I searched for a company online.

We worked together in April–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our friends and customers liked our brand name and logo. The brand name they created was simple and it could easily be pronounced.

How did Tiepograph perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was very good. On top of that, they were very responsive and supportive. We communicated through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had a nice approach to us, and they had good communication skills. We also appreciated that they had unique naming conventions. On top of that, they patiently listened to our questions and produced the outcome we expected. Above all, they had good suggestions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They had no areas for improvement.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiepograph?

We needed help with branding and label design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tiepograph is providing branding package services to our company. We share with them our ideas, but since we’re not designers, we rely on their concepts to see what we want. So far, they've provided five names in total, and we finalized the names from that list. For their projects, they usually provide two names in 4–5 days and another three names in the next five days. Most projects get finalized in two rounds.

The Tiepograph team has also given us options on our product label’s design. On top of that, they've ensured that our name is similarly designed with our logo. Then, our company has registered our logo trademark and it has already been approved. The team continues to help us successfully launch our brand to the market.

I only communicate with their lead.

My boss found out about them on a website. After that, he gave me their contact information.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $400–$500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in the last week of August of 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

If they’re a part of a train, they serve as our engine. Tiepograph has been really supportive and has given us their time. We’re still in the process of launching our brand to the market, but we’ve been very satisfied with their work. Since we trust them so much, we’re planning to ask for marketing help from them. 

Our external clients also love our new brand whenever we introduce it to them — they’re also happy with our name. Above all, Tiepograph's design and product styling skills have been impressive.

How did Tiepograph perform from a project management standpoint?

They never miss a deadline. We use WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. They’re always available to take our calls even if we reach out to them late, and we work collaboratively by sharing our ideas with each other.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed they’ve asked questions about me and my brand five years down the road. In addition, before they’ve presented what market position we should follow, they’ve researched our target market’s status and needs for over a week. More importantly, they ensure that everything is as detailed as possible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is our first time working with a branding company. We’ve never approached anyone else, but we think they’re the best.

I don’t have any bad experiences with Tiepograph. I recommend other companies to work with them and listen to their recommendations because they’re experts.

I have solid support from them. If I need to implement changes, I can call them, and they'll make the changes needed. I’m really satisfied with what they’ve done for me, and I appreciate that they do what they say they would do. As a result, I’ve been able to grow my business during COVID-19 and our customers are happy with their work. On top of that, they’re understanding, and they always give me a lot of choices.

How did Tiepograph perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re responsive, timely, and considerate. They’ll communicate with me in any way that I want. We meet in person, and we also use email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Tiepograph has a very good team. I’m going to give them 3–4 customers to deal with because I’m confident in their work.

I’m the owner of Revolution Care. We manufacture handwashing products, floor cleaners, and dishwasher cleaners.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiepograph?

I needed help with branding and logo design since we were going to launch the handwashing product into the market.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed my handwashing product’s brand name. During the process, they gave me  6–7 brand names to choose from. At first, I was confused about what name to choose, but the team explained each name to me and how it would be helpful with my handwashing and personal care products.

They also helped us design the bottles of the handwash, and they gave us a lot of design choices. On top of that, they helped us with our company name as well. In the future, we plan to ask for their help in releasing our floor cleaners and dishwasher cleaners. We also want them to handle our advertising and website design efforts.

Our ongoing collaboration began in June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My product hasn’t launched yet but based on the survey we’ve conducted regarding our brand name, we’ve received positive responses from external stakeholders. I’m positive that once my product is launched, it will also receive a good response from people. Overall, they’ve successfully developed our logo design and brand name, and we plan to have a long-term relationship with them.

How did Tiepograph perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet their deadlines, and their communication skills are top-notch. Whenever I have questions or need to clarify something, they’re always available. As a matter of fact, I can call Hitesh even at 9:00 p.m. — he always picks up the phone and clears all my doubts. He’s in charge of keeping in touch with us, and he’s doing an awesome job. Above all, he works well, and he’s very helpful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tiepograph has tremendous knowledge. They’ve given us specific brand names and all of them have good meanings that perfectly fit our products. They’ve also explained all the meanings of the brand names in different languages and how it matches our product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, the team’s work has been perfect for us.

If you want to tackle a project like product branding, make sure that you’re specific about what you want in order for the team to easily narrow down their work. Tiepograph can give you a lot of options, so consider each one of them because they’ll design a lot of names that will help you go in the right direction. More importantly, you have to trust them because they’re masters in their field.

I am Branding Manager in a Cropino Pvt Ltd. We are into manufacturing business of peanut butter, spreads, etc.

We needed a good and catchy brand name for peanut butter, We did two projects with Tiepograph, and they it worked very well on our requirements and satisfied the brand naming just perfectly.

We just hired tiepograph and they did very well. There was no need to go to another vendor.

Tiepograph basically works on customizing names and branding. They share few options which are suitable according to product and further they work deep more into.

Since we haven't started marketing yet on this new brand name. So, at the moment it is difficult to share outcomes.

Projects are managed professionally. They gave their 100% to deliver the project on time.
