They created automated email campaigns from scratch, presented them to me for approval, then went on to do all the necessary technical setup to have the automations running. I don't had to worry about anything whatsoever! They build and nurture the list of leads. 
They write the emails and A / B test them for ideal performance. And even when a lead replies to one of the automated emails, they manually reply to that lead until a meeting is scheduled. They take the lead all the way up to a meeting with me and I just need to close the deal. Besides that, we have recurrent sync-up meetings to exchange feedback and see what can be improved. They are always attentive and proactive.

They review our content for potential questions, set up a time to interview key thought leaders in our company, capture the interviews on video, edit the videos, submit for review and then post on our behalf. The result are 10 videos with content descriptions per month, automatically posted to our LinkedIn.

We needed to increase awareness of our new software solution for a conference we were exhibiting at. We were looking for at least 6 videos to be made that could explain our product, how it works, how it is made, and key features that we needed potential clients to understand as we bring our solution to market. 

We also wanted to tie this message together with our brand and solidify our position as a knowledge leader in the enterprise AI space. Key deliverables were 6-10 videos, with engaging/relevant visuals, positioning our key team as thought leaders in the space, and leveraging this content to begin building awareness as we attend customer facing events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes are that we have seen have been an increase in social media activity/engagement with our video posts that were captured and produced by the TidalWave team. We have good material that we can use for awareness and to help explain to interested parties as to why and how our new product is beneficial. 

We have also been pleased to see that high level video content as TidalWave has produced gives our network a boost by allowing members to share and gain engagement through reposts. This has given our brand a more professional image.

The project management was fantastic, prompt, and flexible. We have an international team and The manager Ruperd, was incredibly flexible with timing our recording session, dealing with schedule changes, and conducting a seamless group interview with our team. 

The process was explained seamlessly and we were allowed much needed flexibility on the type of content we wanted, the questions we wanted to have asked, and the format of videos that we felt would best capture our core message. In summary, the project management was delivered on time and our needs were accomodated with professionalism and flexibility by the TidalWave team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the flexibility, transparency, and prompt attention to be very impressive and made the process very easy to follow and maximized. TidalWave was true to thier word and followed through with thier promise of creating us 10 short video clips. 

Their process was straightforward, flexible, and receptive to any additional needs we required. Most importantly, we were impressed with the quaity of the videos and the alignemnet we saw with our vision and the finished product TidalWave created for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TidalWave Marketing LLC could have done differently?

At this time, I dont see any area where the process could be better.
