They did deliver the items on time and kept us updated frequently, We didn't have to worry about it or follow up frequently as they are did the management part by themselves which was very great.

I wish the product could have some extra spices that make it more alive and much more realistic, they are already very great but that element is something that I would love to see how they can make it one day.

The goal was to provide 3D illustrations to make our product documentation more approachable to our clients. Our product is quite complex, so graphics providing context and logical separation are necessary. The deliverables were around 40 custom 3D graphics of various processes in the manufacturing domain. Three were more detailed and animated, rest was purely for illustrative purposes.

Great communication with the project manager, beautiful results from the team, everything delivered on time. The golden trifecta.

Maybe include examples of more varied styles to choose from at the beginning? Illustration style is difficult to convey with words, so visual examples are vital. But this is a minor thing, we were able to use examples found on the Internet and start from there.
