I’m the managing director of the educational division of ROCO Films, a company that licenses documentaries to workplaces, communities, and classrooms interested in shared story experiences as a tool for engagement and inspiration.

What challenge were you trying to address with Three Red Boxes?

We need to do a lot of cold outreach for our films, which was negatively affecting our domain and sender reputations. We wanted a more robust solution that would allow us to send more email to people we’ve never done business with. It needed to be a solution that could be automated while still feeling personal.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Three Red Boxes has created a cold outreach email system for us. We supply the communication language and the target contact lists, and they run the email campaigns for us. It’s like having an additional employee on the team who takes care of all the initial cold outreach so our staff can focus exclusively on warm leads. Three Red Boxes set up an email system in Instantly and they manage our campaigns. We have access to the Instantly dashboard to track progress in real time.
