I am the founder and managing director of Gravity Care. Gravity Care Pty Ltd is a private consulting, systems, and technology company with extensive experience across Community Engagement, Cancer Care and Healthcare.

For what projects/services did your company hire takemedia, and what were your goals?

I worked with Takemedia on multiple projects, ranging from brand development, graphic design, marketing strategy as well as technology, UX/UI design, and business strategy. Takemedia has supported my business in developing websites and brand strategies. The challenge was the following: – reflect complex relationships between stakeholders of the business – express the unique value proposition of an innovative business idea.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Takemedia has been referred to by someone I trust. The company was described as professional, trustworthy, and creative.

Takemedia was already quite knowledgeable about my industry and the work we do in healthcare and approached my project very methodically but also with an open and creative mind. The first step that takemedia took was to go into detail through the process that we were about to undertake. Having this clarity gave me a lot of confidence in the journey we were just to embark on. We started with a series of workshops with a product designer assigned to us. Kate (product designer) was very communicative and set our expectations clearly and precisely.

We used modern tools to perform workshops online with all key team members. It is worth mentioning that the workshops gave me so much more than just requirements for the later stages of the product we were working on. Not only was it a great business strategy session but also a team-building exercise, bringing everyone on the same page in regards to the company's goals, vision, and long-term strategy.

We then moved to the prototype phase which enabled us to move quickly, using the latest frameworks dedicated to developing digital products. Simultaneously, we received a comprehensive SEO strategy – another element that enabled us to execute business strategy in the digital space. Having done all the above, we finally got the UX/UI design of the product, along with all the requirements and assets necessary to move to the development phase.

I worked with Kate (Product Designer), Michal (CEO), SEO specialist, copywriter and designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With no hesitation, I can say that we have put our online presence to the next level. It was a very valuable experience and I am confident that I got much more than what was initially scoped and proposed. the team went beyond!

The team dedicated to us was very effective. What I really enjoyed was that takemedia has listened to us carefully and come up with creative and simple solutions. They are also very interested in the problem we need to solve as a business and passionate about making a difference in the world like us!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the comprehensiveness of the service. Their creative problem-solving capabilities are remarkable and I wish anyone to have such a team working on challenges of today's business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Improvement is a constant process in any company, and I can see that takemedia fosters self-development and lifelong learning.

I am the founder and owner of Beealigned Coaching and Consultancy, specialising in Leadership, Team and Personal Development.

For what projects/services did your company hire takemedia, and what were your goals?

I wanted to create a Lead Magnet that would also serve as a useful tool to the people who want it and for myself to use in my business. With the help of Michal and the TakeMedia team my goals were actually exceeded and now I have a Lead Magnet that is totally customisable for me to use in workshops, one on one coaching, webinars and also as a really cool and helpful Lead Magnet.

How did you select takemedia and what were the deciding factors?

I know Michal personally through our businesses and his reputation attracted me to discuss my idea with him, it was what the whole TakeMedia team came back to me with though that clinched the deal.

I had an initial meeting where I laid out what I was hoping for with an example of what it could look like. Michal met with the team and came back within a day or two to declare it was not only possible, but also able to be taken further than I initially dreamed.

What the team created for me is an interactive/customisable pie chart people can use and also customise for whatever they wish to use it for. Its been combined with Mailchimp to automatically send emails and provide access to my links for people to take the next step with my business.

I particularly appreciated being kept across the progress every step of the way which included being able to give feedback. This was really helpful and every tweek of the design and feature I asked for was achieved, so I couldn't be happier with the result and the service, a really professional and enjoyable experience.

There were three people in the team I was working with, but I only ever talked directly with Michal who is the Creative and Executive Director.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My advertising campaign is due to be rolled out at the beginning of 2021 so I cant give any tangible results here other than to say the few clients I have used it with so far have found it to be amazing in helping them have a visual picture of their current situations and where to improve. I am yet to use this tool in a workshop or webinar too.

I really couldn't believe the level of service, Michal kept me across where the project was at every week it was under development, and listened to all my feedback and everything I asked for, nothing was too difficult or unachievable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the client's level of service and inclusion in the design every step of the way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cant think of anything at all.

I am the founder of the company. Complete Phase Consulting is a boutique Clinical Research Organisation.

We needed develop CPC brand and develop consistent communication strategy. Not only did Takemedia help us with the strategy but also developed the visual language that suits perfectly the story we want to tell to our past, present, and future clients.

How did you select takemedia?

After meeting with multiple marketers to do the branding for my company, I felt very comfortable going ahead with Michal. He took a genuine interest in my business and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the branding of my business.

The process began with a discovery workshops that brought us all on the same page in terms of understanding the brand, its purpose and its goals for the next 10 years. I got a project manager assigned to us and she was amazing: very communicative, always keeping her word and delivered everything on time always. I was impressed.

After the workshops, we scoped the project together in detail. I had many questions and I got clarification on every detail of the process which made me feel comfortable to work with takemedia and I knew we’re in the right hands.

I knew exactly what resources are allocated to us in order to deliver everything within the timeframe agreed in the contract (which, btw, was simple and clear to me – I didn’t even need to engage an attorney to go through this). Having set all above, We’ve started working, according to a schedule, phase by phase we got to the end of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I got a very good response from the people I work with. I like the agility of the brand they developed and numerous way we can use the brand assets in our communication.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective – Kate and Michal were organised, kept in constant contact and incorporated frequent revisions and feedback throughout the project. I have enjoyed working with Michal and would highly recommend takemedia.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Good listeners and a genuine will to understand our needs. We felt well looked after and I believe we’ve got an innovative communication strategy in our niche.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really, it’s a professionally operating company.
