Please describe your company and your position there.

My Name is Susan Mikloska and I am the Director of Marketing for a mixed-use development in the Dubai International Financial Centre called Central Park Towers. The Development consists of a 45 story office tower, 47 story residential tower and a retail podium. In my position I am responsible to create various assets that will assist leasing and build awareness.

We hired TG Media Productions to produce a corporate health & safety video.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to demonstrated to our tenants and community the health & safety measures we have taken upon tenants returning back to work after Covid lockdown.

How did you select TG Media Productions LLC?

TG Productions has done a corporate drone video for us in the past and we know we could rely on them to deliver this job on short notice.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

We briefed TG Productions with what we were trying to achieve. It was a very short lead time as we needed to get the video live as soon as possible.They came back us with a story board and once that was approved we reviewed the locations and they created a shoot schedule.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We worked closely with the production team on the story board and selecting shoot locations. I also worked with them during the shoot and provided feedback.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video was posted on social media. It was our most successful video so for this year and we saw a 60% increase in engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked very closely with their team. They were very accommodating with our requests and short time line.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very professional, had very high quality equipment and had a very efficient post-production process.

What were your goals for this project?

We hired TG Media to create a library of pictures for the launch, and extended use for Careem Bike content.

How did you select TG Media Productions LLC?

I had seen their sponsored advert on instagram, and looking at their portfolio of work I felt they'd be perfect for the brief we had created for the Careem BIKE launch.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

I had shared my vision of the type of pictures that I had wanted for the launch, and ones we'd use in the future. We then did a recce together in the different parts of the city.

We had a selection of models to choose from, and we then created a production sheet for 2 days that we abided by. It was a long 2 days, but made much simpler because of the organization of TG Media.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

My stakeholders were very happy with the results.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a great bank of images to draw from, and almost a year from now the image bank is still very usable! What demonstrates the success of this project is the variety of images that I can use for almost any medium.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They communicate very well, and we both were on the same page on production day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their level of expertise and production ethic on production day was impressive.

Can't think of any.

I’m the marketing director of Vida Hotels and Resorts. We currently have four hotels in the UAE, and are looking to expand internationally.

What challenge were you trying to address with TG Media Productions LLC?

We needed their help with content creation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TG Media handles our content creation through photography and videography efforts. They’ve also done a lot of drone footage for us.

For a special project, our company collaborated with a radio station to find a photography ambassador. Participants submitted their applications and the winner would join TG Media as part of the team that handles our account. TG Media had a huge role in this process because we needed their expertise in the selection process.  

Once we narrowed down the submissions from 1,000 to 10, we took the candidates through a series of workshops. TG Media conducted all the trainings, workshops, and challenges for the participants in efforts to select one winner. Together, our teams assessed the candidates’ work until we were left with one.

What is the team composition?

There are about four people on their team. I work with Will (Freelancer), and he’s great. However, apart from him, I only work with TG (Owner).

How did you come to work with TG Media Productions LLC?

We work with a list of various content creators and TG Media is one of them. They did a side project for us, and I was very pleased with its quality and delivery. After that, we decided to start working more closely with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $50,000–$199,999.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in June 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We base impact and success on how the quality of the content turns out. I’m heavily involved with the brand so I know what’s good and what’s bad. Overall, we’re pleased so we’ve continued to work with them. One time, we needed four videos to be completely produced and edited within 48 hours. TG Media handled this last-minute task and delivered a spectacular result.

The photography ambassador project was a great highlight. It showed that TG Media is extremely capable of not only handling content creation but training and development as well. Their drone footage work is another highlight; the video quality is amazing.

How did TG Media Productions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their ability to meet deadlines is beyond impressive. TG Media always delivers on time. Even if they’re tasked with a last-minute request, they’ve never failed to deliver.

I can tell there are a lot of people involved in project management. There are different individuals handling separate responsibilities and that makes our whole engagement seamless. They have someone who manages the mood board, another who handles the schedule, and so on. We rarely have issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TG Media’s agility and quality of work are most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to provide them with a clear briefing of what your expectations are. Otherwise, like any other content creator, they won’t be able to deliver. Personally, I guide them through what I expect so we don’t have to go back-and-forth on iterations.
