We needed to write a series of articles for our website as well as other platforms in order to raise awareness of New Normal in the tech community as well as demonstrate our expertise. We had several ideas on the topics, but no creative talent to turn these into articles. The expertise we wanted to share was around working in distributed teams, since it was a large part of our operation for 10 years. We needed not only to communicate our thoughts in text, but also illustrate several concepts.

We engaged WTFbit to turn our expertise into marketing posts.

The managers were regularly in touch about progress, frequent checkins and feedback cycles helped me feel comfortable with the process and confident with the end result. WTFbit managers were attentive to my notes and incorporated them quickly, while staying true to the end goals of the campaign. The delivery of text and graphical content was made on time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met the founder of WTFbit Writing Agency at one of the local IT events and decided to give it a try. Denys positioned himself as a curious and versatile individual in the industry. Several years later, we are proud of this partnership.

Our key deliverables are decided upon each previous month and consist of a series of blog posts, a newsletter with several variations, a couple of interview and case studies. Once again, since we changed our approaches several times, Denys and his team had to adapt.

There are two senior writers and WTFbit partners who help us plus several writers who create articles.

Our website visibility tripled over the past two years and there are regular leads from our website, namely the blog.

We felt like Denys, the founder of this content agency, had integrated into our TRIARE team. He has been always a member of our monthly marketing meetings and continues to play a crucial role in promotional activities for our IT company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am fascinated by how knowledgeable they are. They work in the fintech sector and, as they explained to me, know a lot of innovative companies. I am glad that TRIARE can be in this company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a few issues with deadlines but, I guess, it is a tradeoff for their flexibility, creativity, and sometimes large volumes of content that we might order.
