We have two client websites that needed to be tested across different variables and parameters. They have to develop the tested cases of all user stories. Create test plans and execute the testing cycle on each prdocution release from our team of developers. They have to do it as independant Software testing company. This also included the performance testing and the compatability across different browsers and mobile devices. They have to deliver:-Test Plan-Test Cases-Bug Reports against Functional Testing-Audit reports of Performance Testing-Cross Browser/Devices copatability Testing-Summary reportAll above for both websites.

Constant updates from the QA Manager

Sometimes we fall back to dates to release the builds they work patiently with us

Sometimes the bugs reported were too minimal that does not need to be written. 

The team sometimes miss key features.

We needed help with end-to-end testing of multiple products to a high standard to ensure all risks were mitigated.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Testiva executes test plans across several mobile applications and one web application. The team provides test reports and bug logs and is open to contributing automation scripts.

The percentage of critical bugs discovered post-release has lessened over time. 

How did Testiva perform from a project management standpoint?

Testiva delivers on time and provides high-quality video recordings of their test plan executions. Sajid is very communicative and responsive on Slack. We use email and a messaging app to communicate with the team.

Their responsiveness is impressive.

They could improve on sharing project knowledge among all employees so when new testers join their team, they have the full context of the project beforehand.

Communication internally about our product and expected behaviour sometimes breaks, but overall it is also comes from the speed of delivery we are aiming for.
