Cortlex is a dedicated team of developers from Lithuania. We provide services for clients from Europe and the USA. Our core technologies are. NET, JS, PHP, and Java, usually with full-stack experience. My primary role is to connect with potentially beneficial partners for our company in terms of tools and services.

We've got a dedicated QA from Testerly that worked on a couple of projects with us, one of the projects was the Customized Logistic Spaces application, where he was creating the automated testing and oversaw the QA processes in general.

Alex, the CEO of Testerly reached out to us when he saw that we were looking for help in the QA department and suggested a solution on how we could work together. After the initial screening and interview of their developer - we were satisfied with his level of skills and started the onboarding process.

Testerly's engineer worked full-time with us for about a year and took part in the discussions and implementation of the company's QA processes as well as design improvements for the applications. His area of expertise was mostly automated testing: he has covered the main functionality with tests and always provided comprehensive issue reports as well as test documentation. Thanks to his input, we've had continuous improvements to the system, just as much as it was easier to manage and resolve the issues thanks to straightforward QA processes and great communication.

Only one developer was working on a contract basis, however, we were always in touch with Testerly management teams if some organizational questions occurred. They were always very proactive and pleasant in their communication.

The cooperation with Testerly was a successful one, as while working together - we always got positive feedback from the development team about the QA's progress, the process of automation as well as general quality control of the product, which led to the fact that the number of issues was reduced to an absolute minimum in both number and severity.

We've used these tools for our communication: Slack, Jira, and Google Meet for the regular calls with the QA engineer. We have worked based on the planned sprints and Testerly's QA has always followed the agreed plan and provided feedback on possible improvements where needed.

Testerly is a company created by a QA engineer, so knowing all in-and-outs of the testing processes is laying at the core of this company. Not only it is possible to integrate an experienced QA into your own company, but their CEO and management team are also very eager to help with the consulting on QA changes if the need arises. The cooperation was pleasant and easy.

After a discussion with CEO of the Testerly, Alex we establish a contract. One QA engineer was dedicated to us and after he started manual and automation testing. Technologies that were used for the work were: Python, Robot Framework, cucumber, selenium and manual testing. It was a fulltime position.

We have a deal about the monthly payment for the engineer, it was acceptable for both us.

We were working with one QA engineer under the control and assistance of the CEO.

All the services were provided with very high quality and on time. We have never had any problems in the working process.

As the PM tool we used GitHub and Jira. We were sitting in one office so it was not necessary to communicate via some tools. For communication with the customer side, we used Google Meet.
