For what projects/services did your company hire Testerly, and what were your goals?

We hired Testerly for the project in Real Estate. The idea of the project was to provide a better, faster and more agile approach to buying houses using Blockchain technology.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was working in the past with the CEO of Teterly Alex, who has proven himself as a high-class professional and this time he did not let us down.

Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership.

After a discussion with CEO of the Testerly, Alex we establish a contract. One QA engineer was dedicated to us and after he started manual and automation testing. Technologies that were used for the work were: Python, Robot Framework, cucumber, selenium and manual testing. It was a fulltime position.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did Testerly take in commission?

We have a deal about the monthly payment for the engineer, it was acceptable for both us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were working with one QA engineer under the control and assistance of the CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

All the services were provided with very high quality and on time. We have never had any problems in the working process.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

As the PM tool we used GitHub and Jira. We were sitting in one office so it was not necessary to communicate via some tools. For communication with the customer side, we used Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything was easy and well-communicated. It was a pleasure to work with Testerly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From the side of Testerly, everything was delivered on time, well tested without any problems. We do not have any remarks.

Perform manual testing across multiple browsers, devices (desktop/mobile), and eCommerce platforms. Working closely with the software development teams to test code updates quickly and to ensure high quality of delivery. Update internal tracking systems with all relevant information on the testing performed and its results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our assigned testing resource has become one of the team and has been great to work with. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and performs his tasks quickly and effectively. It has freed up time from our project managers who previously had to perform these testing duties.

They have been excellent at delivering their work quickly and responding in a timely manner.

We were looking for an enhancement in our QA department and Testerly was there to help. We've agreed on a partnership, where one of their QA engineers is joining our team and working on our projects.

We have a dedicated QA engineer from Testerly, who is working on a full-time basis and is fully involved in all of the project's processes: from the estimation to the release time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are satisfied with the engineer's way of working and his level of responsibility and continue our cooperation to date. He has single-handedly coordinated several releases for our project, as well as was responsible for the delivery of major product features.

Apart from that, the product's quality is continuously improving thanks to his thorough manual testing.
