Yes. Everything was delivered on time. they responded and got to work quite quickly. Everything I needed to be tested was done and delivered in a timely manner.

Great and fast communication with TestDevLab's team, we managed to agree on the project scope and kick off the project in the same week. TestDevLab is willing to help solve any problem and challenges you might have when it comes to testing, no matter the size of the project.

As a testimonial - I have this as a draft: 

TestDevLab conducted benchmarking tests between Daily and 3 competitors. The purpose of the tests were to validate own internal findings with external investigation. These findings gave us a better understand where we stand with our competitors. 

Both our strengths and our weaknesses. It helped us identify areas to improve.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Wewere able to validate our findings, the findings were added to our GTM assets, for example in sales decks. Additionally, we were able to scope product work based on the data, areas that needed improvement.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team was very responsive to the expected timeline, were open to giving us results as soon as they were available, so that our team could find gaps and if possible fix them before the results were finalized. 

In some cases we found results that were surprising and the TDL team was open to investigating the results and running variants to the tests so that we can actually understand why the result was surprising. In some cases, we were able to take the additional insights and buildimprovements to the product. 

This has resulted in followup projects with TDL, which is a great outcome for us.

The company was very open to sharing their ideas on how to conduct these tests and show what they’ve done in the past. Which really helped us hone the project requirements and outcomes.
