Termas Designs provided a surprising service to my company, and that is something I would call "Project therapy". Termas Designs has this procedure of really understanding what the client wants before they start work. We talked for hours before they started preproduction. And that helped not only the logo, but it helped the entire project because I had a better understanding of what the project is at the end of it. And that created a good foundation for all the other work

Are there any areas for improvement or something Termas Designs could have done differently?

It took some time before we started being on the same page in terms of pipeline and the style of work. I wanted to "question the basics" and Termas Designs was more inclined to jump the gun with ready solutions which didn't fit. But we fixed that early in the process because the communication was good

Their way of thinking is more than just designing a logo. They maked sure than they created a logo that work for us. We needed a branding package. It contained a brand style guide, a brand strategy, brand messaging, personas, user journey, logo design. The logo design contained around 200 sketches if I can remember. And Etienne did also included 1-1 meeting with our team which make the communication really great.

The measurable outcome for this project was mainly based on the overall conversion of our website. Few weeks after the launch of the branding, our conversion rate saw an increase on our website. We were starting to see results in terms of engagement and sales.
