I’m the head of growth for Vitally, a customer success platform that enables users to gather insight across various technology stacks and provide them with management and automation tools.

What challenge were you trying to address with TeraLeap?

We needed someone to produce our video case studies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We employed TeraLeap’s video production services to film a video case study. The process starts with us discussing the requirements, which will then be followed by scheduling management and the actual production.

Our main point of contact is the video production lead, who also helps with administrative tasks.

They were a client from a previous company I used to work in.

So far, we’ve invested close to $30,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in March 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The end product they produce is consistently good and their process is easy to follow. The case studies are key for our marketing and sales processes, and people have responded quite positively to them.

How did TeraLeap perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent at managing our budget and timelines, and we typically communicate through email and participate in remote recording sessions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their video production process, as it enables them to deliver high-quality outputs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

I would advise checking out their video portfolio to get a good sense of what they’re capable of.
