We wanted a custom feel, website speed, cleanliness and easy checkout process. Even know project is growing and we are adding new features, Teplin group is efecuting all of our requirements. Started with frame design, logo, colorscheme, fonts selection, then onto weeb development and feature add ons. Custom frond end development and we tried to save money to utilize WooCommerce for back development to integrate with our front end. We have lots of custom code in our product selection and manipulation.

In the early planning stages we wanted to be a bit more involved, and wanted updates a bit more frequent than we were receiving them. Few times has had to redo few things. But now with you tasks, we found the groove and planning stages are discussed in great detail, then we leave them to do their coding part.

Teplin Agency was responsible for a complete design and development overhaul of our Shopify websites across all of my brands — Ask A Vet, Woopf (dog products), and Purrz (cat products). The scope included modernizing the UI/UX, improving navigation and conversion paths, optimizing mobile responsiveness, and aligning the brand identity across each storefront.

They created custom Shopify themes for each brand that reflected our unique aesthetic and customer base, while keeping performance and SEO in mind. Key deliverables included wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, development and deployment of the Shopify stores, integration with Amazon listings, product page optimization, and implementation of custom features such as ambassador sign-ups, review carousels, and automated banner sliders.

Our client provided a list of features and would like to use WooCommerce. The responsibilities of Teplin were UI/UX design, WooCommerce development, and QA. A few days after starting the contract, they provided us with 3 examples of design for the Home page. The client was impressed and liked all of them, but the first one was the best and we got a design within 3 weeks with all that the client wanted (thanks Anna).

The next step was WooCommerce development. We have weekly reports from the team and were satisfied with the results.
