TenX developed a pipeline for processing raw sensor data (locations, accelerations, orientations), normalizing it, and generating telematics events like hard-braking, hard-accelerations, and speeding. They simultaneously trained and iterated on the first generation of our cloud-based computer vision models to detect and classify common road objects, lane lines, road conditions, and other driving-related artifacts. 

In addition to these production products, we leveraged TenX's team for one-off data science studies to showcase our data set with partners.

We were able to deliver on common requests from partners related to driving safety information, and to integrate the results of their work into our cloud product. We closed paid business as a direct result of the TenX's contributions.

TenX has excellent project management. When we structured our brainstorming and articulated our needs clearly, TenX delivered on a large amount of work for which there was no readily available existing solution and fearlessly dove into bleeding edge scientific research to satisfy our requests.

I appreciate that TenX is full of creative thinkers who are willing to innovate as an agency partner. I would love to see TenX expand their capabilities as cloud architects and data engineers in order to develop some in-house tools or pipelines that they could leverage for client projects to get orchestration systems up and running quickly.

Overall: speed over quality. The items were delivered on time, and the communication was adequate, but the biggest struggle and downfall is the lack of TenX internal coding standards and style. Too many coders working in their own style and standard with no criteria, guidance, QA, QC, etc. Very frustrating to work in post rollout.
