Ten Speed supported us with a comprehensive SEO and content strategy covering both technical and on-page improvements. The scope of work included a detailed technical audit, a full content audit, and the development of product page optimization briefs and article briefs aligned with our ICP and search intent. They also supported ongoing link-building activities to strengthen our domain authority.

Their approach combined traditional SEO best practices with forward-looking LLM optimization, ensuring our content performs well across both search engines and AI-driven platforms.

We’ve seen strong, consistent progress across key SEO and content metrics. Our domain rating increased from 59 to 64, and organic performance improved significantly, with clicks up 114% and average search position improving by 10 places over the past 6+ months.

Engagement has also improved, with a 21% increase in click-through rate, showing better alignment between content and user intent.

Most importantly, their content consistently delivers MQLs and meets our targets, with a clear focus on our ICP.

We’ve also seen a noticeable improvement in AI-driven brand visibility, growing from around 65% to 80%+, which has strengthened our presence across emerging discovery channels.

We have been working with TenSpeed to audit the current state of SEO for our brand, lead all technical SEO strategy moving forward, and build and execute on a content strategy. Our primary goals are to drive brand awareness and support demand gen strategies.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site increased in clicks (+2%) and average position (+10.6). It is good momentum to build upon as we increase our publishing cadence. 

Branded clicks increased by +5%, reinforcing strong recognition and engagement from users already familiar with the brand. 

LLM-driven traffic:  quality is improving — with a +10.5% rise in engaged sessions despite declines in overall visits and new users. 

The blog is showing early signs of increased engagement from LLM-driven traffic, with growing views (+20%) and more engaged sessions.

We selected Ten Speed based on prior relationships with the founders as well as a vetting process. The team has a good reputation in the market and a strong background in content optimization.

Prior to working with Ten Speed, our blog lacked consistent content that was relevant to our target audience. We hired them to help fill this gap. The project started with a brainstorming session around what topics we would like to cover to be relevant to our target audience. We then identified Pillars and Clusters of topics that would allow us to create posts around specific themes.

We meet regularly with the team to go over new topics we'd like to cover and discuss the main points we'd like to address within the articles. Ten Speed then takes the time to write and optimize the posts so that they are SEO friendly and well written.

We have worked with everyone from the founders to the employees. Everyone is extremely responsive and helpful.

Our organic traffic continues to increase month over month. The content produced seems to be performing very well - some keywords even have us as the Google Snippet. Overall, we are very happy with the results so far.

They are still ironing out their reporting capabilities but recently, those have become pretty robust.

The team at Ten Speed studies our existing content on a monthly basis and hands over 2 "briefs" that give us clear and concise details on what we need to do to improve likelihood of ranking for specific keywords/posts.

On the fliipside, the team also supplies us 2 "briefs" that are for net new keywords. They breakdown what we need to write to rank for highly relevant keywords to our business.

We are ranking on the first page for just about every keyword the team has optimized and every month has easily been our best organic month to date.
