• Built the full cross-platform mobile application frontend for LastingMind using React Native for both iOS and Android. 
• Developed the primary web application frontend in React, including authenticated user experiences and platform functionality. 
• Built the public-facing marketing website frontend in React/Next.js to support product education, onboarding, and user acquisition. 
• Implemented responsive, production-ready UI/UX across mobile and web platforms based on evolving product requirements and designs. 
• Integrated frontend systems with backend APIs, authentication flows, subscription/payment systems, AI-powered chat functionality, and media upload/playback features. 
• Developed core product experiences including onboarding flows, profile management, story/memory capture workflows, AI conversation interfaces, guided interviews, journaling features, and family collaboration functionality. 
• Built reusable frontend component systems and scalable application architecture to support rapid iteration and continued feature development. 
• Implemented state management, navigation systems, form handling, audio recording/playback interfaces, and real-time user interaction flows across the platform.

The project was managed very effectively throughout the engagement, especially given how dynamic and fast-moving the product environment was. Requirements, priorities, and features evolved frequently as we continued refining the product, and the team consistently adapted quickly while maintaining strong execution and communication. They were highly responsive to feedback, proactive in discussing implementation details, and flexible when priorities shifted. Deliverables were completed on time or communicated clearly when timelines needed to adjust based on changing scope or new requirements. The team worked collaboratively with us throughout the process and was able to balance speed with quality, helping us rapidly iterate on both the mobile and web platforms while continuing to deliver polished, production-ready work.

What stood out most was their flexibility and ability to adapt within a very fast-changing startup environment. As a growing company, our priorities, product requirements, and feature scope evolved constantly, and they handled that extremely well. They were able to move quickly, adjust to changes without friction, and still consistently deliver high-quality work. 

They also brought strong technical capabilities across both mobile and web development. Beyond just implementing features, they were thoughtful about architecture, scalability, and user experience, which made them a valuable partner as the product continued evolving. Their combination of technical skill, responsiveness, and adaptability made them especially well-suited for an early-stage, fast-moving company like ours.
