I’m the HR manager at Al Attiya Motors & Trading Co., one of the leading automotive companies based in Qatar.

What challenge were you trying to address with Teleport Manpower Consultant?

We had a huge project, and it wasn't easy to source the workforce. We had a few companies before, but we didn’t get a good response from them during the pandemic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Teleport Manpower Consultant provides HR services by sourcing candidates for us— we usually look for auto technicians, electricians, painters, etc. We try to source locally first by placing ads in newspapers and local websites, and if there aren’t appropriate candidates, we approach Teleport Manpower Consultant. We give them the details of what we need, and they take care of everything else for us accordingly. Their team also does a pre-screening process for us.

We measure success based on the candidates they provide, and they've been really helpful in sourcing candidates for us. Overall, they’ve been successful 90–95% of the time.

How did Teleport Manpower Consultant perform from a project management standpoint?

In the beginning, we were in contact every day. Currently, we get in touch whenever we need them. In addition to that, they always meet deadlines and communicate with us via WhatsApp and Google Meet.

They’re very approachable, always available, and their screening is very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I’m very happy with them, and I haven't found anything they lack.

I recommend working with them; they’re very good at what they do, are always available, and usually deliver ahead of the deadline.
