Our collaboration is simple. I mainly communicate with our account manager. I give him the task briefs with instructions and the deadline. The team works on the tasks, and the account manager sends me the completed tasks. In case we need edits, the Teknon team always diligently makes the corrections as soon as possible.

Teknon helps us churn out a lot of content within a short space of time. The best project so far was the white paper, which was well-researched and in-depth.

Our communication is mainly through telegram and it’s efficient this way. Their project management is flawless and seamless. The team is professional and easy to work with. They always attend to the few revisions promptly, which is vital for us as a company.

It's an absolute pleasure working with Teknon. Once in while, they have missed deadlines, I guess they can work on getting more writers.

I am an executive at a social network for creators, influencers, fans, and collectors, helping them to build communities and communicate with their audiences. We designed the app on both Google Play and the App Store to make it easy for users to create NFTs. The app allows users to create, share and mint NFTs with just a few taps.

We needed to acquire new users consistently for our mobile app through organic traffic and enticing content.

It just happened that our new marketing manager, Tatiana, had previously worked with Dereck and his team on a similar blockchain project from Tacans. She told us about the great experience they had working with Teknon, so we decided to give them a shot. We started with a test task, which was impressive. Ever since I am happy to say that the results have continued at that level, which is hard to come by in this industry.

I am pleased to report that since we started working with Teknon, we have scaled our marketing strategies, and our return on investment has improved significantly. We have been able to close all content loopholes, and so far, we can see excellent results. We have also noted a significant rise in app downloads since we started working with Teknon. This was a critical success factor for us from the beginning, and we are pleased about that.

The work process is quite simple. Dereck and his team are always available and deliver within deadlines. Dereck consistently checked with us to know whether we were at par with the project's progress. If we needed something to be changed or revised, they responded quickly.

We were impressed with how Teknon delivered excellent results and met all the deadlines. They also have good knowledge on new Web 3.0, which is quite rare. This has enabled us to stay ahead of our competition. The level of customer support was also excellent. We had a pleasant experience working with Dereck and his team.

The team handles everything professionally, and we admire their attention to detail in every task. Overall, it was an enjoyable engagement, and we currently cannot point out any areas of improvement. We cannot recommend them enough, and I am pleased to say that we will be engaging Teknon for further projects moving forward.

Our team would then liaise with Dereck regularly via telegram and Upwork. Once we approved a final work plan, Dereck’s team would do the rest. Teknon would set the agenda with specific deadlines set for each part of the project and KPIs.

I'd recommend improving on the tech side and hire more tech-savvy content writers. Also, do not hire writers with bad English.
