We needed someone to provide us with custom software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TechO2 LLC helped us develop an MVP of our software through the Google Workspace platform. They took our ideas to create a program that can be used by schools.

What they developed is a lesson design tool, which they’re still working with us to constantly maintain and make improvements.

We primarily work with the CEO and the project manager.

We’ve invested around $100,000 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing partnership started in February 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve recently just rolled out the product to users so we don’t have a ton of metrics yet, but we’ve been receiving some great reviews and feedback.

How did TechO2 LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been excellent and we primarily use JIRA, email, and video calls to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like that they listen to our goals, ideas, and vision to create a product within our budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve been really happy with them so I can’t think of anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would say be clear in communicating your ideas, vision, and budget. I also recommend collaborating with them to get the most out of the engagement.
