I'm the director of marketing at the app tastemakers, based in California.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire TechGropse Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?
We were looking to create an app to find restaurants based on hashtags and ratings. This was completely unfamiliar to us, therefore we needed someone to assist us.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We contacted various agencies through clutch. We chose Techgropse for their creativeness and vision.

We began by spending several weeks defining our idea and Techgropse created a mockup using our concept. Then, we began working on the project step-by step to improve the product. We have our own requirements and budgets that we have for all of our collaborations in conjunction with Techgropse.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have one product designer, one manager, as well as two developers. The number of team members working on the project can vary between 3-5 individuals.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We're collecting feedback from users We currently have around 700 users using this platform. That's more than our target of 500 users for this year. We've had great feedback on the simple design and appearance of the platform as well as how interactive it is.

We are always in constant communication principally through Slack as well as brief meetings prior to each phase of development. Furthermore, they communicate all the notes they have about the product via Figma.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We are very happy by Techgropse Performance for this job. We were apprehensive when we began on what the Application would end up to be. However, at the end of the day Techgropse proved that there no reason to be concerned since they've successfully designed the application with perfection.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Everything is okay with the management along with the Development teams too.
