Scope of Work 

Tech Chefz serves as a strategic vendor and delivery partner for Binariq, supporting across three primary areas:

Staff Augmentation:

1. Providing skilled technology resources across frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and full-stack roles to augment Binariq’s in-house teams. These resources are deployed based on project needs, either short-term or long-term, ensuring flexibility and scalability in delivery.
   Project-Based Staffing:
2. Supporting Binariq on a project basis by assembling dedicated teams or individual contributors aligned to specific client requirements, timelines, and technology stacks. These engagements are outcome-driven and often include direct participation in sprint-based delivery models.
3. Pre-Sales Support: Assisting Binariq in pre-sales efforts through resource estimation, solutioning support, RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and in some cases, client calls or proposal walkthroughs.

Key Deliverables Include:

1. Onboarding of vetted technical resources as per agreed timelines
2. Fulfillment of skill-specific requirements for active projects
3. Participation in pre-sales solutioning, documentation, and estimation
4. Support for ramp-up or ramp-down based on project lifecycle
5. Reporting on resource performance and availability tracking
