Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

With the changing cybersecurity landscape and compliance, the existing product in use needed to be scanned and evaluated to understand the threat level its users are exposed to while using the product. Thereafter, it needed to be analyzed further and resolved so that the end users and customers are secured against any cybersecurity threats.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tech Labs scanned the product through standard tools such as Veracode, Qualys, and Scantist. Veracode identified 1,150 static application security testing (SAST) vulnerabilities, Qualys identified 337 dynamic application security testing (DAST) vulnerabilities, and SCA identified 138 components at risk under different severity levels. Tech Labs was given the project to analyze all of the vulnerabilities and resolve them within a quarter.

Tech Labs Consulting was very professional and methodic in their approach. They allocated a bench of resource to suit our urgency and worked in parallel to resolve all of the issues within 11 weeks. I liked that Tech labs team tool this engagement very seriously and arranged all the necessary tools and resources to delivery as per the plan. They have also maintained a weekly cadence to share an update on the progress.
