What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most about TeamMIS is their exceptional responsiveness and commitment to our organization's success. Brett, Mike, and their team work seamlessly with staff across all levels, creating a true partnership rather than a traditional vendor relationship.  Their abilty to anticipate needs, communicate effectively and remain fully invested in our otucomes makes them uniquely valuable and a trusted extension of our organization.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something TeamMIS could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with TeamMIS has been very positive.  Increased and more frequent communication highlighting emerging risks and providing additional forward-looking insights could further enhance alignment and help us anticipate needs as the organization continues to grow.

MIS is responsible for the daily management, support, and optimization of our IT environment.  This includes everything from helpdesk, proactive monitoring, cybersecurity protection, system maintenance, and incident response.

Success is having a stable, secure, and well-managed IT environment with minimal disruptions or user complaints.  This allows us to focus on our core business operations without IT-related disruptions.

MIS has been our partner for more years than I can recall.  We work with them daily on everything from ensuring we have best-in-class infrastructure to users contacting the helpdesk for minor issues.  They consistently deliver and keep us running smoothly.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

TeamMIS performed an initial IT Assessment confirm our current technology environment and found some key cybersecurity holes that we were not aware of and found the cause of some of our pre-existing cloud network performance issues. Our previous IT provider was unable to resolve our cloud network issues that we had experienced for over three months. The onboard experience was amazing, they did most of the work behind the scenes and we experienced no downtime or interruptions. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1) TeamMIS were able to resolve our Cloud Infrastructure Performance issue by right sizing and right scaling the Azure environment within 30 days of our onboard!

2) TeamMIS discovered some vulnerabilities in our firewall perimeter protection and immediately corrected them. They also encouraged us to have them implement a Manage, Detect, Respond (MDR) solution to increase our security posture. 

3) TeamMIS greatly improved our employees' help desk response and resolution time reducing response and resolution times from days to hours and many times minutes. 

4) TeamMIS met with our leadership team and helped build a updated a two year IT Roadmap including strategy, budgeting, planning and technology life cycle management. No other vendor provided this level of expertise and service.

Yes TeamMIS communicated well, delivered all items ontime and responded to all of our needs.

They treat us as a 'Partner' and not just any other client. They're accessible, come on-site, have very low turnover, and meet with us regularly. The interactions are a collaborative relationship built on trust and respect, and not simply transactional. They are experts in their field but never try to oversell us.

I cannot think of any.
