For what projects/services did your company hire Team Stefansky?

We needed to produce a commercial for one of our Mass market Clients, the ad was published Digitally and soon will be promoted on TV as well.

What were your goals for this project?

Make a creative and interesting first commercial for a client who never did it before.

from past experience Team Stefansky is just right for us, the DNA of Team Stefansky meet our needs with great collaboration between the two companies

We produced 3 videos:

1. a full cut commercial for prime time TV
2. a short funny commercial for off-seasons advertising
3. Buty shots of our products for advertising

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

He loved it, and as proof, we are already shooting a small project for his stores and planing our next commercial

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the main commercial didn't air yet, but in the past year the company have grown in over 30% revenue from last year

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the work with Yarden was amazing, he was attended to any needs, joined our creative process, and gave his professional feedback, I think that his close involvement in the project is how we were able to get the amazing final product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The track record and attention to detail. nothing is left untouched.

I’m the CEO and branding manager of a sock company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Team Stefansky?

I needed someone to manage the competitive marketing of our personal products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They made four brand awareness videos (one-minute videos with different themes like Christmas, birthday, and more). They wrote the script and everything. 

We started by filling out an outline brief they sent us. Then, we did a creative process. We talked about all our ideas and told them what our goal was. 

They showed us references from the web. We chose which reference we liked. Then, we did the video shoot. When we came to the set, breakfast and lunch were provided along with a client monitor.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the producer.

How did you come to work with Team Stefansky?

They did a Facebook campaign, and I found them through Facebook.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested $15,000 with the team.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in June of 2019 for 14 days.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got a few purchases and a lot of positive comments. They helped us to be more of a brand. 

How did Team Stefansky perform from a project management standpoint?

They met deadlines. If anything, they had to chase me. For communication, we used the phone and met at production.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The experience was very good — it was fun working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d ask them to improve. I wish I had the budget to do some of the big things they’re doing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go to them with a very specific goal, and it will be easier for them to deliver your solution.
