With the vision to bring product to regional, Thailand is identified as the second market for product penetration. The aim of the research is to gain insights of Thailand insurance landscape, identify local nuances, uncover needs, behavior, drivers, lack of and demands during consumer's purchasing journey, learn about the end-to-end journey of financial advisor's selling experience. At the end of the study, the deliverables are key insights, experience map, market and cultural nuances, develop market personas, ideate possible experience journey in market based on the study output.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Throughout the study, there were continuous collaboration between both teams. At the end of the study, the team is able to support the expected deliverables in a short timeline, delivering with excellence towards execution with great quality output.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There were 3 researchers assigned for the 6 weeks study. Despite the project timeline being tight for interim research, the team continuously demonstrated great listening, actively participating to suggest and chime in with their expertise in the topic. At the end of the study, they have also plan for an ideation to run with the developed personas, and are able to deliver the synthesis from the study, as well as the newly ideated experience journey map.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have prior research expertise in ethnographic studies with other industries, hence being able to match the expectation of deliverables of a synthesis report and not a usability report.

Dedicated team to the project. The lead researcher was on a shared resource during the project.
