The Tea has been managing Science World’s PR and media relations since 2017 and in that time has exponentially increased awareness of Science World and its mission through positive media coverage. They are a creative team who are always innovating on media outreach to keep the message fresh and ensure that it resonates.

Larissa, Maddie and the team quickly became an integral part of Science World’s team and a true partner to the organization in every sense of the word. They care so much about Science World and always go the extra mile.

Their commitment to excellence, creativity and out-of-the-box approach consistently delivers positive media attention and PR opportunities for Science World across a broad range of media, as well as influencers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In our time working together, The Tea garnered millions of media and influencer impressions for various projects and launches. They supported the sales and marketing team in reaching their goals of increasing sales and visitor traffic to the dome. Additionally, they were able to secure op-eds and profiles for various members of the senior leadership team.

Increased audience from zero to over 10,000 Increased lead capture and decreased marketing costs. Before The Tea, we had to spend thousands on advertorial content with no guarantee of leads. Now, we have a large audience to market organically to. We experienced lower customer complaints and an improvement in our reviews online as well as reduced negative comments on our social media.
