• Automation of company's back-office processes on SharePoint portal almost for all back-office departments.
• Development and customization of SharePoint web sites and applications there. Used technologies: SharePoint On-Premise 2013 and Online + Nintex Forms + Nintex Workflows 
• Web development Business cases: 
  • HR: Management Reporting, HR Templates and Forms, Annual Performance Appraisal Froms, Individual Learning Plans, Learning management, Safety and Health reports 
  • Legal&Compliance: Legal Templates and Compliace 
  • Approval Form Automation IT: IT Services website, User SelfService 
  • Finance&Accounting: Finance mgmt reporting, Expence Reports Automations, Business trip Approvals and reports

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every year more and more processes on paper and approvals via emails were standardized and automated inside the SharePoint platform. We received good value not for high costs from Taurus Quadra LTD

We have dedicated personell from the Taurus Quadra mostly, so the project management was on our side. Only recently we have starting working with PM on Taurus Quadra side. So far it is hard to give the feedback. Anyway it is more convenient with PM than without him (in our case).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Reliability for more than 9 years of collaboration. We're impressed with their ability to scale the quantity of the resources they provide based on our needs.

Honestly I don't know. We work directly with the developes mostly. In general, we were satisfied by provided services.

I’m the director of information systems for The HALO Trust, a non-profit. We’re the world’s largest humanitarian mine clearance organization, removing landmines and other explosive hazards to save lives, restore communities, and support development in vulnerable regions worldwide.

We needed to build a company-wide HR solution using our existing Microsoft technology stack to optimize our license usage and minimize costs while still deploying an enterprise-wide tool.

Taurus Quadra LTD provided business analysis, created a business requirements document (BRD), and developed a complete HR system.

We worked with an entire dev team from Taurus Quadra LTD.

Taurus Quadra LTD was already working with us. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and they had good experience on other HALO projects.

We worked together from January–September 2026.

We primarily communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

We had a close working relationship with Taurus Quadra LTD. They had strong business analysis skills and worked closely with our team to manage feedback and incorporate changes.

They could have engaged us earlier on some design decisions.

I'm quite impressed by the capability of TQ to organise business in this complicated period for Europe and Ukraine particularily.

Pricing policy sometimes gets unpredictable, it's better to operate moderate price rise.
