They handled the marketing for our products, which involved on- and offsite SEO and Google AdWords. Additionally, they created all of our websites and made changes as needed. The team does full-service site maintenance and email marketing.

We needed help with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with them with all services including website creation, social media, and SEO. They designed and developed the website using WordPress, focusing on the quality of the UX and the likelihood of increased sales.

They create all of our content and host photo sessions for our social media profiles. The paid advertised campaigns were through Facebook and Instagram. They also did some PPC work, but only for one month.

We had conversations with several digital agencies that we found in a Google search. We chose Taurus Media because they provided the best proposal. They prepared exactly what we wanted in our final product, including the ability for customers to make purchases.

We started working together in October 2018, and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Selling 90% of our products online, we’re in the number one position on Google without the need for PPC campaigns. Since working with them, we have $1,000,000 in revenue, and our conversion rate is 1.1%.

How did Taurus Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is very good. We move through workflows quickly and enjoy our collaborations. They have a big team that'll work overtime to deliver in urgent situations.

We’re really satisfied with the website and plan to work with them again in the future.

It's difficult to say, but I don't think so.

For what projects/services did your company hire Taurus Media Limited?

We recently updated our web site and create more local landing pages than we had before. The task were to get us into the first page of Google search with selected keywords.

Since we focus on several countries, it was impossible to do it by ourselves. Taurus Media has handled the project in all the countries we were interested in.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our positions in Google search with some specific Keywords. More over, we wanted to increase the organic traffic to our new landing pages.

How did you select this vendor?

I've got a recommendation from our client to contact Taurus Media and ask them for the SEO proposal. It was easy choice, because Taurus Media was the only one agency you showed us estimated results and gave 100% warranty for it.

Describe the project in detail.

Project were split to 3 parts. First, get the basics done right. Web site and landing were updated with Meta keywords, descriptions, titles etc. Secondly, Taurus Media their job (back links, technical web site optimization etc). Thirdly, we had some ongoing tasks for couple of months, to keep improving the quality of web site.

What was the team composition?

There were only one person from our side you took care of the project. Everything (more or less) was done by Taurus Media (SEO, copy writing, IT help, project management). We did not included to project too much.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All our goals (that we set before the project) were reached. The traffic and positions in Google search. Hopefully, it wasn't a temporary results, but we continue working on it to keep the results same or better.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really easy to work with Taurus Media regarding project management and daily tasks between them and us. Project manager did well. We did not have active communication during the project, but I felt like everything was took care.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

That they meet their promises. All the estimated results were reached.

Can't really point to any. Big project always has their own ups and downs, but sometimes its not depends on the agencies.
