SPFX development, challenging API integrations between Deltek Maconomy, UltiPro and several management reporting platforms utilising Power Automate, Azure Functions and other MS stack technologies. Tatvasoft have developed innovative data scraping solutions, provided extensive guidance on technology selection and scaling options for a variety of challenging and time-pressured business requirements.

Our Account Manager and Business Analyst were the first point of contacts. Project Manager was engaged daily during the analysis and planning phase.During development, we funneled most steering discussions through the Project Manager and when required we spoke directly with the 2/3 developers working on the projects.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As a global comms firm with many multinational clients we need to work in a connected manner across time zones. Tatvasoft have helped us build a solution to visualise our skills, experience and mobility in order to more quickly resource projects for clients. By partnering with Tatvasoft throughout our ERP migration we've used their expertise and creativity to connect dissimilar systems, automating compliance and minimising repetition of effort.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Despite sometimes unreasonable time pressures, our Project Manager has been unfailingly flexible. I'm delighted to see the PM's at Tatvasoft empowered with the autonomy and management support necessary to deploy additional resources to meet our deadlines. During testing, responses to issues, changes or bugs have been rapid with honest assessments and determined, consistent follow-up from the PM. Tatvasoft are extremely knowledgeable and very determined.

Technical capacity, determination, honesty - can't fault them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have no criticism of the way Tatvasoft operate, provide them with a clear specification, be present and communicative and you'll get what you need from them.

For one project, the team helped mock up, develop, and refine a contact center solution that would be capable of managing and deploying third-party contractors. We provided user stories and mockups as requirements.

We work with frontend and backend developers from TatvaSoft and solution architects from the UK. The team has scaled up and down through each stage of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The work completed by TatvaSoft significantly reduced the time spent on training new employees. It has also helped improve productivity as employees are now able to handle more calls and deployments per day.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project requirements were managed and maintained by a UK-based product owner using the Scrum methodology. TatvaSoft provided an excellent overseer and manager who managed the backlog of work and kept both parties informed. This proved incredibly valuable for both the UK and Indian teams.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are incredibly impressed by TatvaSoft’s adaptability and response to change. The team’s attitude and effort are amazing.

We would like to see them continue to raise their concerns to ensure that both parties continue to grow. We do what we can to help them work effectively, and they listen to our feedback.

After initial contact, we gave them a test project to gauge their skills and capabilities as a Microsoft Gold Partner. We were impressed with their knowledge and flexibility and decided to go ahead with the development.

Tatvasoft provides a variety of VueJS and .NET development and maintenance services. They’ve worked with SQL and Cosmos DB, contributed to UX projects, and integrated several third-party APIs and Azure cloud services into the platform. We’ve also used them for Xamarin app development.

We started with four developers and are now working with seven, though that number is likely to grow significantly over the next few months.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our clients think the new system is incredible. It has a lot of reselling potential if we choose to go down that road.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We manage all our projects with Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps. I’m impressed by their team and the quality of their work. We never have to double check anything. Communication happens with them via Teams and VSTS, in addition to us traveling to India to meet with them frequently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Flexible and available, they provide support on demand, including on weekends if something is urgent. They have plenty of integrity and only hire decent, trustworthy people. Everyone from their CEO on down is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Every company should be looking to improve all the time.

We provided them with written specifications, completed mockups, and, occasionally, interactive UI prototypes. TatvaSoft verified their initial quote against our specifications and began working independently. They built and tested first versions of the solutions, then launched them.

Collaborating with TatvaSoft has given us a competitive edge by allowing us to accept previously impossible projects and focus on the most value-creating work from our clients' perspectives.  We have also been able to maintain reasonable pricing.

We have been well informed about project status and have had no issues with the schedule or outcomes. We regularly request additions to the original specifications, but TatvaSoft has been accommodating and communicative in immediately implementing the changes.

Their quality of work is exceptional and the entire team has been helpful and responsive. We feel well taken care of.

Our communication relies heavily on email and Skype. I would suggest a simpler customer project management portal, such as Slack, for the future.

TatvaSoft developed a web solution to manage our company’s financial services and allow users to apply their rewards to travel fees. Users receive various discounts based on their membership plan and their user roles. Through our web portal, our customers can conduct advanced searches for flights, hotels, and cars. The search feature has multiple filtering capabilities to help refine results. Additionally, the system allows users to books their desired package and plan a custom itinerary with other discounted deals.

With the new rewards system, we have built a stronger bond with our customers and we are now much more competitive within our industry.

It was a very smooth process. We followed the standard management methods in the development industry.

The team’s level of business knowledge and expertise were key to their success. Also, they were very cost-oriented. It was clear that they valued our money and they offered fair costs for their services.

I'm the chief information officer for a company that auctions real estate across the US and sometimes internationally.

I needed to hire additional programming staff but could not afford US rates.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TatvaSoft provides ongoing technical support for us for multiple websites. Our team handles the design and user interface work, and their team handles the development in PHP and SQL. They also work with third party APIs including integrating Google and our email service provider into the sites as needed.

I work directly with various programmers as well as a project manager. The number of programmers I work with on their team fluctuates, and they allow me to be involved in the selection process. I was also able to meet the managing director in-person and was very impressed by him.

I spent a lot of time researching vendors in India and came across TatvaSoft. I had previous experience working with other programmers in the region and thought it would be a good solution for us.

I'm very pleased with the quality of TatvaSoft's coding and their dedication to our projects. We rely on their team 100% and they do a great job of meeting our expectations.

How did TatvaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They're highly collaborative and professional, mostly communicating through a ticketing system and by email. Despite the 12-hour time zone difference between us, our collaboration is seamless. By the time I provide them feedback and new project tasks, they're able to work on them overnight, so the timing works out very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When one of their staff is going to become unavailable, they're very good about transitioning a new programmer onto a project. They catch them up to speed on our business model and the code before they start working with us, so it's a seamless process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have a great relationship with them, so I've been very happy overall. Finding them, however, took a lot of research, so I'd only suggest that they advertise themselves better.

TatvaSoft installed an Asset Management System that automated the asset identification and allocation process. The system includes a dynamic configuration to standardize the life cycle of the assets. Additionally, there is a module that stores the asset details and performs regular testing to assure a seamless operation. General features of this process include importing information from a P21 system, manual asset creation, and role-based control of the system. More specific features include asset location tracking, schedule management, a news display, unit type creation, employee account management, asset history, and a CRM platform.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution helped easily maintain the assets which saved us money. It improved tracking of our vehicles and increased the output capacity by tracking the asset availability. Additionally, it helped optimize work orders, provided better customer service, and improved the efficiency of planning and scheduling.

TatvaSoft team's extensive knowledge enabled them to be very helpful. We constantly communicated using Skype and email for project development and management but never had to double-check basic things. What were your goals for this project?

The goal of our web platform was to help us maintain a track record of our customers and allow us to provide diverse services to our clients, including a range of hot water system along with a variety of customized products. The solution also needed to allow customers to maintain their payment history and make individual payments for multiple generated invoices.

We were in touch with TatvaSoft after the 2016 CeBIT conference. We approached a few selected vendors and submitted requests for proposals. Out of the few shortlisted vendors, we found TatvaSoft to be an ideal development partner based on their responsiveness to our business needs, their excellent technical support, pricing, and customer service.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

We tasked their team with optimizing a custom e-commerce platform where the list of products is integrated into the solution. There were more than 20,000+ products to sort and the ability to apply filters to leverage the usage of it. They created an option to find a store nearby, where the user can enter the postcode or town name to find a store. A detailed screen will show the address, contact information, location map, and photographs of the store. Other features include payment gateway integration, product selection, and purchasing. Each user has a profile with a history of payments that are cleared and pending. Members can log onto the web portal directly using member portal featured in the mobile application.

What was the team composition?

We were in a fixed cost engagement with TatvaSoft. Their team consisted of a project manager, a technical lead, three developers, a handful of designers, and a tester.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The successfully developed solution expanded the usage of the website and lets customers purchase services and parts available. The easy and secured online payment feature helped the customer keep track of payments and even relieve them from paper-based record maintenance. Due to the easy use of the website, the appealing design of it helps attract more customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used Trello, email, and Skype to communicate and stay updated on project development. The overall project management was excellent, and the team always kept us updated on project milestones. We were struggling to keep feeding information to TatvaSoft because their execution was very quick.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team excels at monitoring work and delivering on time, along with accepting changes if asked. It is difficult to find that trait, and they were a good fit to accomplish our objectives.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

The only suggestion I have is that TatvaSoft can do bit more testing before releasing any updates to the customer.
