Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the dop and I have worked on several projects, mainly in the automotive sector.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire TANGENIO, and what were your goals?

We wanted to hire a company able to deal with all the preproduction services, including locations, permissions, and the renting of all the necessary material. We chose Tangenio because they also offer the best crew for each specialty: photographers, filmmakers, drivers, models...

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Their team responds quickly and consistently to our needs and the project was totally successful.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The footage was filmed in different locations, using static and dynamic shooting forms. The road movie in its entirety took place over two days, with several steps from locations, to recce, as well as filming.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We work with Jose and Cecilia who were the production managers of Tangenio. They helped us through all the processes finding the best solutions within a very short reaction period in the most efficient way.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is a very recent work which means that the results are not available yet. When we have the project approved by the final client we will be able to measure the positive effects of the work, and subsequently their success.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager is a very close person, always available, and who always gets what is needed. Even those more complicated demands, or those more adjusted to the time, end up being possible thanks to the work of the Tangenio team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their involvement in the projects is usually total so that there is always a member of the team present at the shoot through whom communication is carried out. A fundamental point, in my opinion, to maintain active and fluid communication, solving last-minute setbacks, or resolving demands of the filming moment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, their work was smooth, efficient, and helpful.

I´m the Director of hotel Helios Lloret Barcelona

For what projects/services did your company hire TANGENIO BARCELONA?

We are working with our communication and corporate image of our hotel. Therefore we needed to generate video content of the new hotel and also of the surroundings that our facilities offer. For this we have hired Tangenio to manage the shooting part and also all the logistics involved in the project, such as permits, audiovisual equipment and crew.

After researching different film companies, Tangenio offered us a quality service and a good price for all the project, competing with all the others suppliers.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had several meetings with them to define our creative idea. They have offered us several solutions and options on how to carry them out. The Art Director, together with his assistant, have presented us with a story board that applied with our philosophy

What was the team composition?

We worked with his project manager to introduce our creative idea, budget and needs, then the DIR sent us the entire story board and he has been on the shooting days, who helped us until the end.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Digitally we have grown by 60%. This summer we were able to reach a larger target than previous years

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For a month, twice a week we had meetings with their Project Manager. The first few times it has been to define a budget and then with everything defined we started with the creative idea. When they presented the story board, with our changes, they regularly presented it to us for our approval until they reached our approval.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with their flexibility, teamwork, creativity, and work efficiency.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Attend more to our facilities to have a better idea and save more time
