Please describe your company and your position there.

Farsiight is a Performance Marketing & Creative Agency that specialises in servicing high growth online companies. I'm one of the co-founders and the agencies Head of Operations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire TalentVine Recruitment Marketplace?

Off the back of strong growth in 2020, we were looking to welcome into the team some fresh new talent in highly specialised roles. After trying the traditional avenues or using job boards like seek.com.au with no success we knew that we needed to work with a specialised recruiter to help fill the roles.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Once we found out about TalentVine and learnt about the solution it was an absolute no brainer for us. Having never used recruitment firms before we were very new to the space so the idea of using a platform to source pre-vetted recruiters and gain multiple quotes was perfect for our needs.

We worked with the TalentVine team to write out a specific brief for the job roles and posted it to the marketplace. The platform makes it super easy, matching our job with recruiters that would be suitable meaning that we only received proposals from recruiters who could help us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Whilst TalentVine is an online platform we did have the opportunity to work in with their team. I spoke with Justin the founder at several points throughout the process and he was super helpful and knowledgeable.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of using TalentVine, we selected a specialist recruiter who was successful at sourcing a pool of candidates and ultimately placing a new hire for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The TalentVine platform made the whole process super easy. Choosing a recruiter was made very easy thanks to the ratings and reviews.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed my most about TalentVine was how quick and easy the whole process was. After being left disappointed using job boards for months, we had great talent to interview within a week using TalentVine.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None at all - all I can say is that if you're looking at using a recruiter for an upcoming role, use TalentVine you will not regret it.
