In addition to the direct research for our open roles, we have had a chance to check the market for one of our potential roles (managerial one) before opening it.

The 1st candidate was presented within 2 days. Profiles were thoroughly screened and submitted with a concise summary of the candidate's experience and expectations. As a result of their work, the position was filled in less than a month.

Some of those candidates have closed challenging positions - some of those roles were assigned to this recruiter after the unsuccessful research of our internal recruiters.
