TalentHue was engaged by Spectreco to support the recruitment of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Their scope included understanding our technical and leadership requirements, sourcing suitable senior technology candidates, screening and evaluating candidates, and presenting a focused shortlist aligned with our needs. They also supported interview coordination and communication throughout the selection process. The key deliverable was the successful identification and placement of a suitable CTO, which was completed in around one month.

The key measurable outcomes were the successful placement of a qualified CTO within around one month, along with a focused shortlist of relevant candidates that matched Spectreco’s technical and leadership requirements.

They were responsive to our requirements, understood the seniority of the CTO role, and consistently provided relevant, well-screened candidates. I’m the HR manager of Cook’d Brands, a food tech company. We transform existing kitchens into multi-brand, delivery-focused operations to maximise revenue through efficient use of kitchen space.

We wanted to find professional, experienced, and good candidates for specific roles in our company. We needed candidates with good work ethics and excellent skills, which TalentHue understood.

TalentHue works as a recruitment agency for us. We provide them with vacancies and job descriptions, and they search for relevant candidates for those positions. The team mainly focuses on sourcing resumes and screening calls booking in interviews and end to end process
