As we prepare to launch a new service offering into the marketplace, we aimed to create something that would stand out. Having worked with Bruno and his team in the past, we knew that we could engage their help. 

The team helped us to develop a name that was legally and linguistically viable across multiple countries and languages, and to create a design to accompany it. Deliverables included two presentations of name options, a final name, legal and linguistic checks, logo, color palette, typography, and a style guide explaining it all.

We started our lab as a response after pivoting from owning a brewing in Colorado to supporting an industry that needs outsourced lab services. Soon, we were helping many of our industry colleagues, using our lab to help them work out issues that were plaguing their batches. Next thing we knew, we were servicing clients all over the US. 

As our lab grew, we hired Bruno and his team to help us update how we were speaking to our prospective customers and partners. The team helped us update our company’s identity, articulate our positioning, including with externalized key messaging, and outline strategies for growth and recruitment, as it relates to brand.

Especially since our work with the Taillight team, we have experienced extremely fast growth, which has included major labs and other partners engaging us. I don’t think our success would have been impactful or far-reaching without this work.

Our firm, which started with just the two founding partners, experienced incredible growth over the last few years. As we brought on additional staff, and added locations throughout New York, we needed to create a new visual identity for the firm that would help unify all the offices and employees under a single banner. 

In order to achieve that, we had to rethink everything about how we were seen. That included a new logo for the firm, and a completely new visual identity system, including new colors, typography, and other collateral.

The partners of the firm, along with all the staff and clients we’ve heard from have all been extremely pleased with our new identity. We were proud to hand out cards. It’s helped us to look as professional as we are.

We had the same project manager throughout the engagement, which we appreciated because he knew us and our needs, so it made it easier to keep things moving, and for them to address things in the way we needed.

landscape.

Next, we collaboratively established a brief outlining the criteria for name selection and visual identity development.

Taillight then presented two rounds of approximately 25 name options, each crafted to align with our established brief, which demonstrated a profound understanding of our needs and vision.

So while Measuring ROI is harder and unclear at this point, the anecdotal support is enormous.
